Green Hotel Sungai Besar — Hotel in Selangor

We booked 3 rooms end April for 3 nights. 2 family suite and 1 deluxe. Family suite has a small window and a combination of a queen and a single bed. While deluxe room is windowless. There are only 2 levels, Level 1 and 2. No elevator or porter service so good luck with the luggages. We are supposed to arrive at around 3am but was delayed till 6am. We paid for a day rate for early check in. During check in there was a security sleeping at the lobby. Woke him up and he handed over the keys, Tv and Air con remotes.||Nevertheless i would suggest rooms on the 2nd level. We have a got corner Rooms. Walls are paper thin. You can hear echoes, voices, doors opening & closing, movements etc. Its going to be torturous for light sleepers. So imagine if we are in the 1st level. I bet we can hear movements above us too. ||Cleanliness can be improved especially detail cleaning of the bathroom wall, tiles and corner of the a sink. But its not too bad after all as the bed sheet and towels seems clean to me. Hot water and drinking water can be obtained at the corridor walk way. However do not leave open the window of the bathroom. Annoyingly, we|found plenty of harmless little flies attracted to the lights.||Coming from Singapore, the price of the hotel is cheap thus i would not expect much. There is a 24 hours food place just on the right of the hotel entrance and a Secret Recipe Restaurant on the left. Many other food joints around the area, not a problem in finding food. Unable to feedback about transportation since we are there to attend a wedding thus our transportation was well taken care of by our relatives. Opposite the hotel there is a Spa for ladies. There are few in that area. Cant find one for male though as it seems that the spas are catered for females. Price is very cheap. Much better overall than in Batam. ||Wifi is intermittent fast and slow. When there are many guests on saturday night, wifi is lagging. But i am glad they provide wifi. You have got to request for room service during your stay. If not your room will not be cleaned. Just put a request over at the reception.||Hope they can improve their cleanliness and maintenance....

Bedroom Small bedroom, bit hard to pray inside the room No cermin in bedroom Thin walls. Can hear noises from other room (tv) & people walking/chatting outside Only 1 plug point in the room

Bathroom Have some hard stained on floor Shower aren't really good since the water splashed to several area Crooked pili air on sink Cermin at sink are not properly wipe Weird long cermin placing (Infront of shower? Shouldn't it be on the outside - in the bedroom?) Feels like there will be hidden camera while showering but luckily check on the cermin & the bolt it's okay

Checked in after 2.30 PM and checked out at 12 PM. Cannot bring durian & smoked inside room.

We booked family suite (RM128 - 1 Queen & 1 single). All room on the ground floor didn't have tingkap including our family suite room. Cannot use kad pesara in this hotel to get discounted price.

For reference our room is B18. Do ask for 1st floor room if you want tingkap and ask for another room as we feel cermin panjang inside the bedroom is weird.

Have water filter at receptionist, so can fill hot/cold water with jug given.

Can call directly to book & 1 day before checked in they will contact back to pay - to confirm booking. Can use qr to pay at the hotel.

Good customer service. Hotel is within town area. Can just walk around to shop/eat. Overall a good place to stay...
