This review is for OYO Hotel Foong Inn. Long story to short. I’ve booked OYO hotels at Banting in Booking.com from one to one another due to fully booked because system Booking.com is not tally with OYO and OYO app also not even update on the rooms availability. Lastly staff OYO at Hotel Happy Inn that i booked find me a room at OYO Hotel Foong Inn due to the same owner and because I already paid RM87 for a room. When there i need to pay extra rm13 because of the walk-in. The room was so dusty and got spider web at some corner. It’s really uncomfortable. Me and my husband didn’t get enough sleep. Before book a room, I already survey on the OYO hotels and I do notice about the reviews on OYO Hotel Foong Inn but got no luck I got the bad one. Apparently most the reviews are true. Read morePatutnya dah boleh tukar name jadi Angry Inn. Dah booking awal 2 bilik Queen, 1 bilik deluxe dekat booking.com. Dah bayar pun siap2 dengan online debit. Tapi bile sampai, boleh pulak cakap bilik deluxe dah abis. Habis ape fungsi booking awal2 tu? Dah la dari staff sampai la ke managment semua bodoh bab online payment. Terpakse explain dekat 3 orang managment die, tapi semua pun tak paham bahase. Walaupun dah tunjuk yang kite dah buat fullpayment online, siap dah tunjuk resit payment dekat app, dekat email, tetap jugak nak cakap kite belum bayar sebab dalam sistem die duit belum masuk. Dah explain duit tu masih floating, tetap jugak tak paham2 & mintak kite bayar lagi dengan cash direct ke diorang. Sedap jer nak caj sampai 2 kali. Nak suruh customer pulak call sane sini settlekan issue duit floating. Bile dah explain betul2 duit floating ambil mase 3 hari bekerja baru masuk akaun, mule2 paham. Tapi setiap jam diorang akan contact balik suruh bayar jugak lagi skali direct ke akaun diorg. Memang tak la aku nak bayar sampai 2 kali. Bile lusenye duit yang floating tu dah masuk akaun diorang, terus senyap, sikit pun takde nak mintak maaf ke ape. Aku rase kalau dapat cust yang bodoh2 pegi bayar jugak lagi skali kat diorang, bile duit floating tu masuk, diorang takkan return balik pun duit korang balik. Dah la bilik teruk, tak bersapu, bersemut, bilik air kotor, air slow, katil cadar sume kotor, remote tv aircond semua tak bagi, filter water dispenser pun dah berkarat giler, tak sediekan tempat iron baju, . Dengan harge RM76 untuk bilik Queen, boleh dapat servis yang lagi baik & selese kat hotel lain. Tv pun besar2 frame gambar jer, tu pun tak dapat nak tengok. Serius, tak payah la pegi hotel nie. Hotel nie level2 rumah tumpangan harge rm40 jer. Korang boleh dapat hotel yang lagi baik dengan harge yang diorang caj nie. Hotel nie x payah la nak masuk kat oyo ke booking.com ke bagai sebab takde function pun nak booking2 nie.
