SkyTree Glamping — Hotel in Selangor

White Noise! This is why I came here for. The sounds of the river flowing, birds chirping and all the sounds that woods would make combines to give you that tranquality, peace and a chance to disconnect with your everyday life. The "treehouse" is very well built. Its not a full blown tree house as it still has beam/stilts connected to the ground but it will give that sort of experience as you are perched just above the flowing river...a view that you wont want to miss. We've tried both type of house but the latest was the quad. Its perfect for a family of 4. 2 queen beds with optional additional mattress if you want. The house is a huge tent erected on a platform, attached to a private shower and toilet, an area for you to change along with a small fridge for you to store whatever you want. To us it was just perfect as we dont like to share toilet/bath with anyone.

The view here is just superb. Trees, flowers, river, woods...what more could you ask for. Just take a dip in the very cold river and you will be refreshed for the day, or, if you fancy a swim in a pool, they have that too! Great fun for the kids.

Breakfast...yes...for food I will only talk about breakfast as that is the only meal they will serve. Well...breakfast is just about right to me. They normally serve all the good stuff like nasi lemak, roti canai, eggs, toast, mee goreng, cereals, milk coffee and traditional kuih. They also sell canned drinks, cup noodle and chips. Lunch and dinner...that u need to order yourself. Just grab...there are tons of options for you to eat. Dont forget to ask Shahrul, the resort manager on how to guide your grab driver. Its a bit tricky but manageable. If you fancy it...book a bbq place for the night. Bbq awayyyy... Overall food is super easy to get/buy/bbq. Not an issue here.

The host/manager...Shahrul needs a special mentioning as he is very accomodating, proffesional and very quick on his feet. Ask him anything...i mean anything at all and he will gladly help. He even help me to source some batteries for my drone when i totally forgot about it. Thank you again Shahrul

As a summary this place is a must if you want to have peace and quiet for a while. A short 1.5 hour drive from KL is well...

Quite new glamping resort with two types of "glamping tents".. one lifted over at a tree, near to a small river.. the other type, on the ground. Both types come with 2 queen beds, aircond and fan as well as attached private bathroom.

We had a small family gathering, stayed at three tents on the ground and we were lucky as we had the resort all to overselves (no other guests for that night).

There are two swimming pools (adults and kids) and also play rooms where you can play congkak, carrom, chess, monopoly, card games, kids archery, small ping ping or pool table (however the condition of the table is not really flat), air hockey table, etc. You can also request for extra activities from the sister resort just 300m away, i.e. cycling, fishing, ATV rides, etc.

The river next to it was clear and quite cold too..

We had booked for the BBQ pit facility where we brought our own foods. However, the facility provided with all the necessary utensils. The provided breakfast was decent with nasi lemak bungkus, nuggets/sausages, kueh2, breads, cereals, half boiled eggs, fruits..

However, the roads leading to the resort was quite misleading. Using Waze, we were directed to the wrong location. Alternatively, then we used Google Map and follow the signed board (quite small) to reach the place. Also the roads are quite narrow and also not properly paved when you are reaching the place.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay and thank you so much for the hospitality of the host (admin girl) and also pakcik who assisted us thru...

We had a pleasant stay here with our 4 small children. The friendly staff greeted us at entrance upon arrival, offered us a trolley and helped carry our bags to our tent while showing us around the area. The glamping site was beautifully designed with lush greeneries and surrounding nature. Tent was fully equiped with comfy beds, coffee table, kettle multiple plug points and even a hairdryer next to our own private toilet. It's a great place to chill, swim at the pool, take a deep in the river and bbq dinner. I highly...
