Rooms The room is decent providing the bare minimum for quite an expensive budget hotel. Hot/cold water is outside the room. I wouldnt say the room and bathroom are 100% clean.

Service Came up to the front desk to check in, she looked at me and i looked at her. No greetings no nothing, facial expression like asking what am i doing here. So weird, like am i going there to ask for a toilet? She wasnt friendly to guests, her tone was flat and unwelcoming throughout the checkin process. However, I noticed that when she interacted with a male colleague, she was suddenly cheerful, loud, and full of energy. It would be much better if she showed the same friendliness and professionalism to all guests, regardless of who they are.

I booked superior queen. It was spacious for a couple like us especially when performing prayer. The room has small cupboard, lots of hangers, controllable brightness sleeping night light & wall fan. Got cups but no kettle and teabag provided though. Got 2 socket to charge phone. AC very cold. The ironing room also got AC. The best part is, there is elevator! I love the straighforward sink and big mirror in the toilet. No need to lean on to see the mirror. Liquid soap in toilet smells very2 nice. Near toilet drain got stain that cannot be simply brush. Quite a decent hotel for the price. Lift is available and works well to move between floors. Working aircond, water heater, clean room, sheets and towels. Toilet is clean, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. But when we flush water leaks out from the water container, also the place to put the shower head is a bit wobbly. No hairdryer, mini fridge or iron provided in the room but mineral water provided. Iron is on the 1st floor, 3 iron boards provided but only 1 iron available to be used. They should add more. A deposit of rm50 is required...
