Very disappointing management. I started dealing with them since early July 2025 for a teambuilding program with 50 pax scheduled for 27–28 September 2025. All details were provided in advance, including budget, number of participants, and request for a quotation. We have also organized a program here before at the same venue, so the process should have been smoother the fourth time.
But throughout the process: • No invoice/quotation was ever issued despite multiple requests and request for deposit (not mention) • Contradicting information – first confirmed availability, later claimed the venue was full. • Inconsistent communication – with no proper follow-up. • Poor customer relationship – no updates or confirmation given, even though we were a returning customer. • Unprofessional attitude – appearing uninterested just because our pax number was not large.
This was extremely frustrating as we had planned early, yet the lack of seriousness disrupted our arrangements. I do not recommend this place for any group events, as they are disorganized, unreliable, unprofessional, and do not value customer loyalty.

Went there for Team Building. Great place for creating memories, playing in a natural environment and bonding relationships. The whole place is spacious. Individual halls are available for rental. Splash in the pool or in the river! There are many pools and some have slides! The river water is refreshingly cool and is relaxing, but be careful of the slippery rocks, bear in mind that safety always comes first. At daytime, the weather is sunny but not too hot, feel the calming breeze blowing with the smell of nature, look at the clear, blue sky with the white clouds. At nighttime, the ecoresort is lit with roadlamps but bringing a torchlight is suggested just in case if the road is not that clear to see, engross in the marvellous starry sky just before you - you can't get enough of it! - and catch a glimpse of the moon especially the full moon - it is just so beautiful that it is beyond words. 🏡 Homestay Staycation Review – Not Bad Lah
The homestay was okay ja, nothing too fancy, but ada aircond — so already one blessing there. 🙏 You just need to choose the right house when booking. Time I booked via website, but now I don’t know if it’s still active — this was a throwback experience, okay. 😅
At the back of the homestay, there’s a nice little pondok area — good for BBQ, makan-makan, lepak sambil feeling nature chef. Best part? It’s just above the river! So you can chill and eat sambil dengar bunyi air mengalir… romantic la konon 🥰
🌊 The river itself? Not crystal clear lah — don’t expect Bali influencer vibes. But the water flows nicely, ada big rocks and sand at the bottom. If you’re bringing small kids, better keep an eye on them — river might look chill, but batu tu bukan main. Safety first ya. 👀
