GLG KLIA Transit House — Hotel in Sepang

Stayed sunday night, standard room so clean and love the toilet, very clean. 5 stars for the toilet. Room and toilet has good smell like flower. Very clean.

However, it's very remote and the outside of the homestay is a bit messy, there's blankets, bed sheets, towel hanging around. This place labelled as 3 star hotel on Google but it looks nothing like 3 star hotel. What kind of 3 star hotel is this?

There's 2 white canopy front and back filled with so many junk and trash, they hang all the bedsheets, towel, blankets under the canopy thats on the soil. Not on a floor or indoor. I understand they wash the cloth but still, why hang on the soil? What if rain? What if mud? What if bug stayed at the sheets? The white canopy is so packed with rubbish.

The rooms is pretty and aestatic but outside not so pleasing and aestatic to look and enjoy.

Thank godness the room is very clean and smells good, if not because of the clean room, I would have given 1 star due to messy canopy environment. Overall the only thing that is good about this place is the clean room with scented smell.

Please clean the outside environment especially the white canopy! Because if you are a 3 star hotel, the environment should be luxurious,...

Booking 6 rooms on behalf of students for Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman (STAR) Ipoh, before their trip to Turkiye. I must say the hospitality is FIRST CLASS! Normal procedure is self check in where we just scan the QR code and check in the room designated. But since we came in 1 group, the Host was very courteous and attended us and the boys to check in all the rooms.

This place reminds me of the motels in the American movies, simple, very easy access since the rooms are facing the empry grounds or the house. All rooms were connected to each other so it was very easy for the teachers to take care of the kids staying in different rooms.

And the hotels even have guides on where to get really good breakfast and lunch. Perfectly near place for a transit night before going to the airport.

Thanks to Uncle Host (couldn't catch his name) for great hospitality! They even have the coway machine made accessible so the boys could quench their thirst anytime....

Clean room, white bedSheets, good Aircon, and Amazing Autonomous System with small small details like labels at each switch and engaging directions, Kiblah sign at the corner of room for Muslims just bring my experience to beyond my unexpected expectations. And at first, I thought the emptiness of staffs is a bug(weakness), but few minutes after arrival, seeing the responsive assistance on service call make me realized it is not a bug but a feature, a sense of privacy and the showcase of excellent autonomous performance. Plus they managed to bring me a bike as I requested to have a fun ride around. The service is just another level, I didn't expect that in the cheapest room...
