Disappointed by Unprofessional Staff Behavior

I had a deeply uncomfortable experience that I feel other guests should be aware of.

One of the staff (Sales - Ieda) behaved in an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate manner by openly flirting during the stay. This went beyond friendliness and crossed clear boundaries. As a paying guest expecting a respectful and relaxing environment, I found this behaviour to be unethical and disrespectful.

Kalau setiap kali ada guest, and ur staff esp Ieda minta bergambar secara berlebihan, tanpa menghormati status seseorang lelaki, its too much. Untuk apa bergambar mesra dgn guest lelaki? Untuk koleksi simpanan peribadi?

And even up to when this post was made, she’s still contacting him, no respect at all for other people’s relationships. Very rude and shameless!

My piece of advice, please consider the risks before doing such things. An apology is not enough after you’ve damaged someone’s relationship.

She even threatened to file a police report against me if I posted a review highlighting her bad behaviour.

Until then, I cannot recommend this resort to couples or families expecting a safe, comfortable experience.

Went with my daughter and parents. Staff are friendly and attentive. Place is so peaceful and quiet. Situated inside kampung air so fresh and clean. They provide bicycle for the guest to use. They also provide a boat for you to go to Redang Island (need to pay extra). There is also a restaurant inside the compound. But I tried their fried rice. They could done better. They tried to kept the surrounding clean but I guess they’re not hiring enough staff. The corridor was not swept for two days. There’re alot of sands on the corridor. The 2 star missing just because of the room. There’re a lot of ants in the room. The bed linen also had a big torn part which notice it been sewn again. I guess bed linen is a crucial things for a guesthouse. One of the light inside my room also keep flikering and the last night I stay there, that light is not working already which make my room dim. Already complain to the staff but there’re nothing to be done. My room is downstairs and water come from the shower head is just barely come out. We need to lean on the wall to take shower. It's a very unexpected stay at this homestay. Everything was good from the basic facilities to the room cleanliness except a few SCARY experience that shock us that day. We stay for 1 night but unfortunately we just manage to stay until 5pm the same day due to......... My cookies that I put at the small table fall to the floor by itself for a few times.
