Kanza Beach Inn — Hotel in Terengganu

Reasonable price, clean room-Family room ground floor, and walking distance to the beach. The staff were also attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. However, I believe the following suggestions could help improve the hotel’s quality:

Provide additional hangers, as well as more space to hang clothes/towels both inside and outside the bathroom. Provide tissue and kettle in the room. Improve security service. On my second day, I noticed a group of teenagers sitting around the lobby vaping freely-rainy evening 16/9/25 Additional manpower at recep counter. Most of the time, we have to wait for the staff.

The room and the location were superb! Thank you will come...

this place is good but badly in need of some major repairment jobs, closet for the rooms, fixing of the doors especially the toilet doors, repainting, more lightings, a good nice pantry if not a cafe. make use of the almost empty compound just to get more attraction.

i don't know their nature of business, but if rooms are one of their main business, improvement really is needed. make those rooms more exciting to stays in.

those two local staffs are very good, keep them!

do more advertising after major improvements are done.
