This accommodation was chosen for on an extended business trip. Unfortunately the organiser was doing it 'on the cheap' as there are other resorts in the area that would have been more appropriate. |There are villas or the hotel, which are essentially villas with separate rooms anyway.|Some of the villas are privately owned. |It was difficult to get anyone to arrange to take the rubbish weekly, we found it a constant battle to fight off the monkeys raiding if it was out the front in readiness to be taken, which most of the time it wasn't. |Cleaning was rare and not regular, haphazardly conducted and the bathroom areas never touched.|The gym is poorly fitted with equipment and what is there is not maintained or cleaned and it seems to be a place where some of the employees hang around a smoke outside..... Not something that's desirable while trying to workout!|Internet is abysmally bad, and there is NO equipment in the villas for example, linens, cooking equipment, cutlery, cups...I could go on!! Having arrived here at 10 pm after flying from Australia and driving from KL to find no bed ready and nothing in the cupboards it was pretty average as this had been arranged quite a while before.|I had a cold shower for 3 months as there was no hot water in the bottom shower.|It is miles away from any shops or restaurants, certainly no access for someone without a vehicle. They advertise a KDI Cafe, and in 3 months I never saw it opened!|Security is a joke, most of the time the gate is left open as the security person (not professional, just local help) would be off doing something else or sleeping!|Overall pretty poor and I would not return...

Read moreThe first time I stayed overnight in this inn was in late May. My first impression was alright and I can stay in this inn again. Room was good and breakfast was quite ok (there were big group of people training or doing retreat). But the second time I stayed overnight here in Jun, I was disappointed. Room is till good. But breakfast is a different story. When my family and I came for breakfast we had no choice but to eat what was served there - some small wrapped nasi lemak, roti and jam and margarine; and a piece of fritter (I couldn't make what it was actually). I am thinking why bother to offer breakfast with the room we booked if you can't provide a worth paying breakfast? I paid RM15 for the breakfast (included in the price of the room). It is certainly not cheap considering the kind of food that you offer. With that kind of value I could get a decent and fulfilling breakfast in McDonald or other stalls. The least you can do was to offer other option like fried eggs or something just to replace the food that was already finished. I think you can do something like that out...
