Since that we been placed at banglow unit with 7 rooms at this Inn. From our experience, our room space is limited. Only enough for 2 single twin bedding. Clean, hygiene, equipped with TV, desktop, space to hang our clothes, dustbin, stool & a tray of 2 mugs, 1 pitcher, 2 packed of milktea & 2 packed of roasted coffee. For Muslim, the space for solat is so narrow, but enough. The restroom are various sizes. Some of the restroom are spacious and some are just enough space to get through, very narrow indeed. But still it's very clean and hygienist. This place is good enough for transit or short visit staycation. Or just good for place to sleep overnight. That's my general opinion on this place.

Nice and clean, especially the suites, which are better then the Awana Kijal, amenities are rudimentary, but acceptable for the price, nearest place to stay from the Kerteh Airport

Very disappointed. We were in the business suite. Very expensive(RM338 on holidays) considering the small room, 1 queen size bed, small tv, no extra bed, far from everything.

This accommodation was chosen for on an extended business trip. Unfortunately the organiser was doing it 'on the cheap' as there are other resorts in the area that would have been more appropriate. |There are villas or the hotel, which are essentially villas with separate rooms anyway.|Some of the villas are privately owned. |It was difficult to get anyone to arrange to take the rubbish weekly, we found it a constant battle to fight off the monkeys raiding if it was out the front in readiness to be taken, which most of the time it wasn't. |Cleaning was rare and not regular, haphazardly conducted and the bathroom areas never touched.|The gym is poorly fitted with equipment and what is there is not maintained or cleaned and it seems to be a place where some of the employees hang around a smoke outside..... Not something that's desirable while trying to workout!|Internet is abysmally bad, and there is NO equipment in the villas for example, linens, cooking equipment, cutlery, cups...I could go on!! Having arrived here at 10 pm after flying from Australia and driving from KL to find no bed ready and nothing in the cupboards it was pretty average as this had been arranged quite a while before.|I had a cold shower for 3 months as there was no hot water in the bottom shower.|It is miles away from any shops or restaurants, certainly no access for someone without a vehicle. They advertise a KDI Cafe, and in 3 months I never saw it opened!|Security is a joke, most of the time the gate is left open as the security person (not professional, just local help) would be off doing something else or sleeping!|Overall pretty poor and I would not return...

Bungalows with dedicated blocks. Every bungalows has many rooms each, depends on the type etc; single, queen. Parking is ok if theres no ppl on your block. Location wise, the inn is far from the centre but if youre traveling via plane, it is quite near to Kerteh Airport. Very quiet place, suitable for ppl who wanted a peaceful environment, far from the busy city life. Mall and beaches are 15-20mins away.

Mine was a two-single-beds room, not many space to move around. Got tv with basic channel, aircond & remote controls were given during check in. Sejadah not provided (need to ask from receptionist), very narrow space for you to perform Salah.

Bathroom clean, but low water pressure for shower. Shampoo, bodywash & towel are provided. Theres shaving kit & toothbrush also.

Room was clean but not that squeaky clean lah. Bedsheets seems like it has been washed but bcs the room was empty for so long, the sheets feels like dusty?¿ if ppl w high allergy, not recommended for you to stay here. Got dressing table but without mirror. Mirror is only in the bathroom.

Refreshments like tea & coffee were provided, theres coway in the common room. You need to go outside of your room to iron yr clothes cuz it is also at the common room.

With the price you paid, you couldve get better options.

ps: Seems like there was many bad reviews before and management replied with betterment based on the feedbacks, yet no...

The first time I stayed overnight in this inn was in late May. My first impression was alright and I can stay in this inn again. Room was good and breakfast was quite ok (there were big group of people training or doing retreat). But the second time I stayed overnight here in Jun, I was disappointed. Room is till good. But breakfast is a different story. When my family and I came for breakfast we had no choice but to eat what was served there - some small wrapped nasi lemak, roti and jam and margarine; and a piece of fritter (I couldn't make what it was actually). I am thinking why bother to offer breakfast with the room we booked if you can't provide a worth paying breakfast? I paid RM15 for the breakfast (included in the price of the room). It is certainly not cheap considering the kind of food that you offer. With that kind of value I could get a decent and fulfilling breakfast in McDonald or other stalls. The least you can do was to offer other option like fried eggs or something just to replace the food that was already finished. I think you can do something like that out...
