La Hot Spring — Hotel in Terengganu

Other than its' cheap price, the rest are pretty dissatisfying. We checked to a dorm of 20 peoples on 27/2 , dorm, bed, blanket, bolster smell bad. Other than that, the bed, blanket, floor were dusty. Attached are the picture of bolster given. Bolster has so many black spot and it look so dirty. Toilet and its wall are dirty too. We have to clean ourselves in the end, but we couldn't get rid of the smell. It was 2 horrible smelly nights. Hot spring are great but it is so dirty ! There are signs keeping the area clean and not bringing any food to the hot spring, but i still can see noodles, and children bringing their drinks to the hotspring to contaminated the public hot spring. What is the management doing to safeguard such a beautiful place ? I felt so disappointed toward its' management.

Selain daripada harga yang murah, selebihnya sangat tidak memuaskan. Kami memeriksa ke dalam asrama 20 orang pada 27/2, asrama, katil, selimut, bau yang busuk. Selain itu, katil, selimut, lantai berdebu. Dilampirkan adalah gambar yang diberikan. Bolster mempunyai banyak tempat hitam dan kelihatan sangat kotor. Tandas dan dindingnya juga kotor. Kita perlu membersihkan diri kita pada akhirnya, tetapi kita tidak dapat menghilangkan baunya. Memang susah nak tidur dengan bau yang busuk masa malam. Onsen sangat okay tapi sangat kotor ! Terdapat tanda-tanda menjaga kawasan itu bersih dan tidak membawa sebarang makanan ke onsen, tapi saya masih boleh melihat maggi mee, dan anak-anak membawa minuman mereka ke hotspring untuk mencemarkan mata air panas awam. Apakah yang dilakukan pihak pengurusan untuk melindungi tempat yang indah ini ? Saya berasa sangat kecewa dengan...

It was very good place for family and friends to come and feel the. Beuty of nature that hv in malaysia rather than u go oversea.. Malaysia got many beutiful place maa..

The hot spring was very hot.. Need to slowly get use to the hotness..there also got a river that has a very cold water. The water was very very very very very clear u can even see the bacteria inside..(if using speacial tool) ahaha.. I dnt say the water was clean cause i dont do the inspection before i swim.

But as i can say.. It was wonderful place to come. It also got a motel or what ppl call resort. U can stay for a night or 2 maybe 3 depends on ur money laa. The one tht hv fan i think it was 70rm Tge aircond one was 130. Idl dont remember laa. U do the...

There are chalets here available for rentals. visitors are advised to book in advance to get a place to stay in the chalets provided.
