Kudadoo is owned by a Maldivian company (with foreign shareholders) which makes it special and authentic. Far away from big names, big brands, it truly imbibes the Maldivian hospitality and Maldivian way of live (think barefoot living and wooden floors). From the moment you walk out the door at Velana International Airport till the moment you check in for your flight back home, you are part of the Kudadoo family. They will never leave your side and make sure you are properly taken care of. All of the Maldivian values and principles are imbued in each member of the Team Kudadoo, and it’s transmitted to the guests in the form of love and friendship. Kudadoo is perfect for a private and secluded getaway, with your partner, for a honeymoon or, like in my case, to spend quality time with my mum. is the picture perfect resort of the Maldives with all the “must haves” anyone would ask for: powdery cream colored sand, shades of blue that go from turquoise to deep navy, a gorgeous coral reef to snorkel with your butler if you are alone, multiple “instagrammable” locations (guests can also access the sister property Hurawalhi and dine there in various restaurants, the underwater 5.8 one of the most spectacular underwater restaurant in the world), exquisitely decorated villas, where every tiny detail you could think of is there for your comfort, as Team Kudadoo is already way ahead of you (think reef safe sunscreen, slippers and beach thongs, mosquito repellent which you will never use, even a pencil case and drawing paper if you feel inspired), a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the sea, where you will spot dolphins, turtles and sharks, and the occasional eagle ray, a small but perfectly spacious spa, where you can have a candlelight bath overlooking the sea, and a beautiful Bar in orange and golden hues that will melt with the colors of the sunset, as if they were only one… but one extremely important thing and precisely what makes a very big difference about Kudadoo is that it’s fully eco friendly and sustainable, with 928 solar panels on the roof of their main building (The Retreat), which makes it completely functional only with solar power, with no need to use fuel, and they desalinate the sea water to produce their own still and sparkling water, therefore contributing to the carbon footprint and welfare of the environment and ecosystem. Every little detail is thought off, like the information panel for guests to learn about tides, sunrise and sunset timing, energy produced and energy saved, etc. They have many buggies to take you around the island if you don’t feel like walking, and they will have your name engraved on a wooden panel (for you to bring back home) in one of them when you first arrive at the resort. They will always provide sunscreen and toiletries whenever you are at the pool, leave snacks at your villa with the turndown service, many unexpected things that makes you fall in love with the whole concept of the resort: AAA (anything, anywhere, anytime) is a truly impressive experience.

We stayed here for 7 nights and it is simply the best resort we’ve ever been to. We love its all-inclusive concept as it covers all (and unlimited) meals, drinks, spa treatments, water activities (jet-ski, fly boarding, cruise etc), 24/7 butler, picnic at your own personal private island for the day, and basically everything and anything you could think of. Little things included in the villa I was pleasantly surprised to see and could be helpful for future travellers to be aware of so you could pack less: - Complimentary laundry service - In-room and outdoor slippers - Hydrating toner - Sunscreen - After sun gel - Small and big sun hats - Massive beach basket bag - Yoga mats - Sketch pads - … I’d recommend future travellers to pack a band to attach to their glasses/sunglasses so they don’t fall off during jet-ski. Maybe remember to bring your swim shorts too if not a pair costs USD250 here :) I wouldn’t recommend going for the Teppanyaki lunch at Kashibo as it does not have air-conditioning and the 6 people present at our Teppanyaki lunch all felt unbearably uncomfortable from the extreme heat to the extent that we felt we could die from heat exhaustion. Our butler Saffah was incredibly patient, meticulous and attentive. He thoughtfully arranged and re-arranged all our activities and bookings to accommodate to our evolving schedules, set up every meal extremely beautifully for us and helped us with everything we possibly needed. My spa therapist Tiara was very smiley, professional, reliable and diligent. I thoroughly enjoyed all the massage and facial treatments with her. Our housekeeper Sameeh was conscientious in keeping our villa clean and beautiful with the most creative and sweet decorations. It was also helpful to be able to see the in-house doctor Andrew immediately sent by our butler Saffah to our villa when we were under the weather. Of course, consultation and meds were also complimentary. I highly recommend this highly luxurious resort to anyone going to Maldives.

Best resort I have ever stayed! The word to describe this hotel is MAGICAL!!! •AAA: their all inclusive package is out of this world. They really mean Anything, anywhere, anytime. Everything is included: spa, drinks (top spirits such as Glenfiddich 18, Lagavulin 16, Veuve clicquot, Louis roederer etc), all excursions (fishing, snorkling, water skii, jet ski, flyboarding, parasailing, and more), destination dining (beach dinner, jungle dinner, candle dinner at the villa). There are plenty activities to do at this resort if you want to! And they really take care of you. •Service: service is out of this world. Extremely attentive. They make you feel like you own the island. There is "No", "we cant" in this island. •Exclusivity: there are only 15 villas in this resort. You barely see any guest in the island. It is like you are in your private island. Our butler Saffah was explendid in everything. •Food: food is excellent!! The menu is extensive, and if you want something prepare out of the menu, they will prepare it for you with no issues. Delicious!! • Residence: the residence is unbelievable. Plenty of space inside and outside. It has the biggest outside deck in Maldives. I would give it 7☆ if I could. The pool is huge! Overall I could go on and on about this resort. It is a huge spa with plenty activities if you are up to. We are pretty active couple and we did almost everything there was to do. We had massages everyday, jetski, flyboarding, sunset cruise to see the dolphins, water skii and even paddle. It is expensive, but with everything that is included it is well worth it. Wines, spirits are top notch. This really is Paradise.

||We've just had a truly wonderful time at Kudadoo Private Island! Heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making our honeymoon trip so delightful!| |The service at Kudadoo Private Island is absolutely perfect for any traveller looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. From the moment we arrived on the island, we were surrounded by calm and sophistication. The staff seem to know what you need even before you ask. However, we must mention one more thing. We were deeply touched by the Kudadoo marketing team, especially our exceptional butler Hussain, who was arranged for us a month ago.| |The accommodations at Kudadoo Private Island are a perfect mix of modern luxury and natural beauty. Each villa is carefully designed to offer not just comfort but also a full experience of the island's pristine beauty. Inside, high-quality materials and thoughtful amenities cater to every need. From soft bedding for a good night's sleep to the latest technology, everything is there to connect you to the world without leaving your private paradise. The most important thing for us is the wonderful service. Every member of the Kudadoo Private Island team pays great attention to detail, creating a heavenly environment. Each staff member's warm, genuine smile shows their commitment to making our stay special. Their attentiveness is almost intuitive; they seem to know our needs before we even realise them. Whether it's having our preferred drink always within reach, arranging fresh flowers in our villa every day, or remembering our personal preferences for dining and activities (like no peppers, no spicy food and non-alcoholic drinks), the level of care is evident in every interaction. The way they handle even the smallest tasks with grace and precision creates an atmosphere of pure happiness. From the housekeeping staff, Youseff, who looks after our villa with great care, leaving thoughtful touches that surprise and delight us, to the dining staff like Lai, who serve meals with a smile and a genuine interest in our satisfaction, every encounter reinforces the feeling that we are in a paradise where nothing is too much trouble. This is more than just service; it's an art form that turns our stay into a truly memorable and heavenly experience.| |The dining experience at Kudadoo is a journey for the taste buds, where excellent cooking meets personalised service. The chefs carefully select the freshest local ingredients, from fish caught fresh in the morning sea to organic vegetables and herbs grown on the island. Each ingredient is skilfully turned into unforgettable dishes. The dining team takes time to learn about our food preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring that each meal is a personalised culinary event. Whether dining in the elegant main restaurant, enjoying a private dinner on the beach under the stars, or savouring a picnic on a deserted stretch of sand, every dining experience is carefully crafted to delight the senses.| |Beyond the excellent service and dining, Kudadoo Private Island offers many activities that allow us to connect with the natural beauty of the Maldives. The spa provides rejuvenating treatments using organic products and traditional techniques, leaving us feeling refreshed and at peace. We had daily spa treatments and some special ones like the salt spa. Each day, we would have a wonderful spa moment. As an adventure-seeker, I enjoyed access to world-class diving and snorkelling spots, where we could meet lots of biologists and my friend Ocean King, and explore the vibrant underwater world and its rich marine life. The staff are always ready to organise excursions, from sunset cruises (seeing the dolphins) to private island hopping (like our Dream Island experience, where it was just the two of us with the amazing island), ensuring that every moment is filled with wonder and exploration.| |What truly sets Kudadoo Private Island apart is the genuine warmth and attention to detail shown by every member of the staff. They go above and beyond to create memorable experiences, whether it's preparing a surprise anniversary celebration, arranging a private beach movie night, or simply making sure our favorite drinks (like non-alcoholic ones and frozen watermelon juice) are always within reach. Their dedication to making our stay perfect is clear in every interaction, making Kudadoo Private Island not just a destination but a sanctuary where exceptional hospitality and natural beauty come together to create an unforgettable escape. We've made a promise to return to our home, Kudadoo Private Island, in three years...

Let me start with Kudadoo’s iconic concept of the Three A’s: Anything. Anytime. Anywhere. And yes—it genuinely works! Want a massage in your villa at 9:30 PM? Done. Aqua aerobics in your private pool in the morning? No problem. We truly felt like this island was just for us. Every request was met instantly and without question, and our days were filled with activities—snorkeling, motorized water sports, spa treatments—all without any limits.||It’s a rare and wonderful feeling to be on holiday and not have to think about how much you're spending, sign bills, or worry about “extras.” Instead, you're invited to fully relax in an atmosphere where everything is designed around your comfort and wishes.||A special and heartfelt thank you to our butler, Saeed, who provided an exceptional level of service. Every request was handled quickly and with true care—not the performative kind where “five managers stop by during dinner for the sake of appearances.” Saeed was always there when needed, but never intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our family time in peace.||Now, a few highlights:||1. Snorkeling trips with the marine biologist – We went almost every day and were genuinely impressed by both the quality of the boats and the professionalism of the marine team. They explained what we were seeing and brought us to different snorkeling spots each day. We saw countless turtles, eagle rays, sharks, and even a rare ornate eagle ray. It was magical.|2. The house reef – Just steps from our villa (Villa 01) there was a beautiful reef wall, where we spent hours snorkeling and exploring.|3. Spa treatments – The massages were heavenly. Even during my pregnancy, the Sulha Spa therapists made the experience completely safe, relaxing, and deeply enjoyable. Other family members also had an incredible time and were glowing afterward.|4. Fitness activities – My parents began each morning with aqua aerobics in our private pool and loved such a luxurious and energizing way to start the day.|Dining – I wouldn’t call it fine dining with “gourmet flair,” but the menu was diverse and everything we ordered was truly delicious. Some of us had dietary restrictions and frequently requested custom dishes—never once were we told something was too difficult or unavailable. Also, breakfast was always delivered to the villa on time—the kitchen was impressively punctual.|5. Dream Island Experience – A stunning moment of complete seclusion on a perfect beach reserved just for us. Pure magic.|6. Photoshoot & motorized water sports – These services were also top-notch. Everything was professionally organized, and we were very satisfied with the experience.|7. Housekeeping – Our villa was impeccably cleaned twice daily, always without reminders or disruptions. One day, the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated flower bath that felt so romantic, and upon departure, they left charming towel art and heartfelt farewell gifts 🥹 It was the sweetest touch.||We’ve been to 10 resorts in the Maldives, so we have a lot to compare it to. And I can confidently say: among the luxury segment, Kudadoo is absolutely ideal in terms of value, quality, and service. This is the one resort we know we’ll...
