Paradise Perfected at Madifushi Maldives Everything about Madifushi is simply fantastic! The villa was luxurious and peaceful, offering total privacy and stunning views. The food was fresh and flavorful with a great variety every day. What truly stood out was the service – absolutely exceptional.
A special thanks to Ms. Martini, who helped us every day with a warm smile and excellent communication – she made everything so smooth and comfortable. Nazeeh was also incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Huge appreciation to Mr. Ramesh for an unforgettable massage experience, and to Mr. Abdullah Ali from room service, who made sure everything in our villa was always perfect, with great care and professionalism.
The reception team welcomed us warmly, and despite being June, the weather was beautiful – tropical with light showers that only added to the charm. The activities were well-organized and enjoyable, making every moment special.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, luxury, and world-class hospitality in the Maldives!

Tips for Future Travelers to Madifushi Maldives • Snorkeling Gear Provided: They offer free goggles and snorkeling equipment, so no need to bring your own. • Activities: There’s a well-equipped gym, a tennis court, and billiards available for guests. • Buffet Details: The buffet is 50% fixed and 50% changes daily. The sushi is consistently delicious, so don’t miss it! • Privacy Tip: If you’re staying in a villa with a private pool, you can ask for privacy banners to block the view from nearby villas. • Beach Note: The beach directly under the villa may look soft, but the sand is slightly coarse. However, it’s great for snorkeling – you’ll see colorful fish and possibly even a small shark like we did! • Weather in June: From our trip (June 2–9), most days were sunny despite the forecast. Don’t rely too much on weather apps. • Recommended Stay: We think 5 nights (6 days) is the perfect duration — not less and not more for the ideal balance of relaxation and...
Read moreWe had an absolutely dreamlike time during our 6 days and 5 nights here. Given the Maldives’ ever-changing weather, we were initially worried by the cloudy forecasts, but we were lucky—the weather turned out to be quite favorable, and we were able to enjoy all the water sports we had hoped for.
We stayed in both a beach villa and an overwater villa, and personally, I found the overwater villa to be more charming. We went snorkeling countless times around the villa. There were so many fish between the rocks along the path connecting the main island and the beach villas, and also near the rocks by the Mojito restaurant. Although there weren’t many corals, it was wonderful to see such a variety of fish right near our accommodation.
We tried every restaurant and even ordered in-villa dining—all of the food was absolutely fantastic. Bluefin, which we visited most frequently, was so delicious that we never got tired of it. Especially in the evenings, the live cooking by the chefs outside the restaurant was a highlight—the dishes were incredible.
The villa’s condition was impeccable, and the housekeeping was flawless. The service from all the staff was truly outstanding. Our dedicated butler, Ahmad, was exceptionally kind and attentive. When we first arrived and felt unsure about how everything worked, his support gave us comfort and helped us enjoy our time fully. Although my English is not fluent enough to fully express it in words, I want to say once again how truly grateful I am.
Also, a big thank you to the very kind housekeeping staff member, Aboo (I’m sorry if I’ve gotten the name wrong), and the rest of the team. The staff at Funaqua were also incredibly friendly and helpful in guiding us through the marine sports programs.
In short, we are deeply thankful for the exceptional service from everyone. As we leave Madifushi Private Island with happy hearts, we look forward to the day we can return...
Read moreLast year we visited madifushi private island, everything was more than perfect . Mr. Omar was so welcoming and friendly. We were planning to celebrate our anniversary there every year . So this year we planned to visit again since we were satisfied about everything last year. But this time unfortunately it was a very bad experience . Staff were unprofessional and not friendly as last year. I guess because Mr. Omar is not in charge anymore. Many mistakes happend since we came starting from waiting in airport for 4 hours for our flight to the island . Then we informed them that it was our anniversary and they told us they’ll let us have nice dinner but finally we discovered it was a normal dinner in the restaurant mojito, when we asked them y we didn’t have special table they said it’s with extra charge 😅 Of course if they informed us before definitely we would pay for it . Food is totally different than last year Meat is chewy and not delicious at all . Restaurant team are friendly. Room service keeps knocking doors for cleaning and 1 day we where in Villa pool and suddenly door was opened 🤨 It was room service team 😅 Ms. Hana was our hostess for the first time we visited madifushi and she was so nice . This time she seemed unprofessional at all . In our trip going back to male airport we informed her that we are looking for a seaplane between 10 a.m to 12 p.m .but suddenly she shocked us by booking a seaplane at 7:00 a.m .. like what was that !! We paid for 4 days 5 nights and cannot enjoy our last day !! Thanks god who’s in charge of transport solved it and booked our seaplane at 12:30 .. finally I felt disappointed from the experience so me and my husband took a decision to book another resort for only 1 night which is Jumeira resort just to celebrate our anniversary and feel happy 😊 And we were mooooore than satisfied celebrating our anniversary in a fancy dreamy way in such a beautiful...
