Heritance Aarah with Premium All-Inclusive — Hotel in North Maalhosmadulu

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Heritance Aarah was pure paradise. After landing early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed into the resort’s private lounge at the airport — a peaceful, spa-like space where we could refresh, enjoy breakfast, and relax before boarding the seaplane. Everything ran smoothly, and within minutes we were flying over the turquoise waters toward the island.||Our overwater villa on the eastern side of the island turned out to be a perfect choice — we had sunshine for most of the day, but could always find shade when we needed it. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with spectacular views. In the evenings, we loved watching fish swimming below our deck — such a simple joy that made the experience even more magical.||Dining was an absolute pleasure. Although we didn’t have access to the exclusive restaurant and pool reserved for Ocean Suite guests, every à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent. Ambula especially impressed us — the fusion of Sri Lankan and Maldivian flavors in a modern presentation was unlike anything we’ve tried before. A true highlight, and an absolute must. Special thanks to Mr. Alsan, our waiter, whose service was impeccable. His knowledge of the dishes and warm, professional attitude added so much to the evening.||Another favorite was Hathaa Overwater Japanese, where Mr. Ibrahim both prepared our meal and entertained us with a teppanyaki-style performance. While we’ve seen similar experiences before, the flavors here truly stood out — the sushi and freshly cooked dishes were delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and engaging.||We also want to highlight Mr. Deepak at Ralu, who always greeted us by name and helped us discover new drinks based on what we liked. Every cocktail he brought us was perfectly suited to our taste — and all delicious!||The entire service team was wonderful — friendly, smiling, and always helpful. While we don’t remember every name, we felt welcomed and cared for everywhere we went.||We also had a couples’ massage at the spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The therapists were professional, gentle, and the selection of oils added to the deeply relaxing experience.|But the true heart of our stay — and what made it genuinely unforgettable — was our butler, Mr. Kunal. From the very first day, he took care of us with such warmth, professionalism, and quiet attentiveness that we instantly felt at ease. He was always available when needed, but never intrusive. Discreet and thoughtful, yet always cheerful and engaging, he found the perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space to enjoy our time together.||Mr. Kunal had a natural sense for anticipating what we might need — often before we even knew ourselves. Whether it was sharing a helpful tip, telling us something interesting about the island or its traditions, or simply making sure every little detail was taken care of, he did everything with calm confidence and genuine care. He made us feel not just like guests, but truly looked after — like we mattered.||There was a moment during our stay when we found ourselves in an unexpectedly stressful situation. Without hesitation, and despite the late hour, Mr. Kunal took full initiative and handled everything with grace, speed, and total dedication. He made sure we felt calm, safe, and supported throughout — and his presence in that moment meant the world to us. It became clear that this is not just a job for him — it’s something he does with heart, purpose, and true passion.|We’re deeply grateful that Mr. Kunal was assigned to us. His kindness, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail made our stay feel seamless and special in every possible way. If we’re ever lucky enough to return to Heritance Aarah, we can only hope he’ll be there to welcome us again 😊||There were only a few small things that could be improved. The coffee served throughout the resort wasn’t to our taste — a bit too sour for coffee lovers like us. Also, lactose-free milk wasn’t always available at breakfast in Ranba, which we usually enjoy with our cereal or coffee. While plant-based options like almond or oat milk were offered, they just didn’t quite work for us when it came to oatmeal or cereal — so we did miss having the lactose-free alternative. Some excursions were quite pricey — we went on a snorkeling trip with manta rays and turtles, which was fantastic. Mr. Ash, our guide, was cheerful, professional, and made us feel very safe in the water. However, due to the cost, we decided to skip other activities. Lastly, the coral reef around the villas wasn’t very rich, so we went snorkeling near the dive center to see more colorful marine life — though we were lucky enough to spot a turtle right near our villa one day!||To sum up: the island is stunning, the food and drinks are excellent, the staff are warm and professional, and the overall experience is unforgettable. Heavenly Utopia - 24 July'23 to 28 July'23 July 2023 Heavenly Utopia If you're looking for an absolute paradise like holiday then Heritance Aarah is just the perfect holiday resort in Maldives. I was travelling with family of 9 members including 2 old aged people and I did not face any problem, everything was so hassle free. I would love to mention every point 1. Airport Assistance - Royalty like treatment began right after exiting the airport itself. The was a Heritance Aarah representative was waiting for us at the arrival, he helped us with our luggage and check-in for our Seaplane (TMA) We boarded a bus to the seaplane terminal and were then greeted by another representative - Sabrina, very humble and polite lady, she escorted us to the Heritance lounge. We had to wait for 30-40 mimutes for our seaplane to arrive. The lounge was exceptional, had non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, We were able freshen up till our seaplane arrived. We were also assisted well with the wheelchair facility as well for my grandparents. 2. Arrival at the resort - Upon arrival at the resort we were welcomed by the staff with the Maldivian traditional boduberu dancing, also we were introduced to our personal Butlers Mahender and Arka who greeted & assisted us to the reception to check-in. We were served with refreshing towels and their special Heritance welcome drink. Mahender and Arka then took us around in the buggy cart for a show around the resort. Explained and provided every little detail about the resort and what all was included in our package. 3. Butler service : Our primary butlers - Mahender and Arka were very prompt in their service, looked after my family very well. They both stayed true to their word, " Ma'am we are just a call/ message away". Personalised attention to summarise. All our restaurant dinner bookings and day's itinerary was well managed by our butlers. 4. Activities The resort has a number of activities that one can do daily during the stay. From cooking classes to cocktail making session, sassen tea tasting, Night fishing cruise to sunset cruise. There won't be a moment where you're bored and wondering what you can do on the Island. They provide a number motorised to non motarized watersports activities have various guided diving activities as well. You have to book those advance 5. Restaurant & Food The resort has 7 options for restaurants according to our package. There are lots of options to choose from the all inclusive wine and drinks menu. When they say all inclusive that's what they mean. Every restaurant has its own charm and exquisite selection of gourmet menu which is palatable for everyone from different countries. From Indian kitchen staff - Deep Singh had prepared an amazing Goan style curry from the fish caught during one of our activities - Night Fishing. The Indian kitchen staff - Manoj and Deep prepared hot hot Puris and Naan for our family. The restaurant staff at Ranba restaurant- Dan, Silva & their team were very hospitable and ensured that we were enjoying our meals everyday. My grandparents also enjoyed every meal at Ranba restaurant. Matteo's freshly prepared pasta is one you cannot miss at Ranba restaurant. Our personal favourites were dining at their seafood restaurant Ginifati and Ambula restaurant. The food was delicious, sumptuous and kudos to the food presentation skills from appetisers to the desert. While serving the food, our servers explained the flavours involved in each course which made the food even more appetising and enjoyable. To summarise Heritance Aarah offers michelin star luxurious dinning experience. 6.Medi SPA The spa experience on second last day was rejuvenating. The manager Bibi took note of all my sister's and my areas to focus during the spa treatment and recommended Balinese massage and therapy. At the end my sister and me felt our body as light as feathers free from pain and completely healed. Highly recommend the spa when you are at Heritance Aarah. Here is my super detailed review on my 6 day solo trip to Heritance Aarah Maldives. My second solo trip to the maldives. To all travel enthusiasts looking for the most authentic and genuine super detailed review, I’ve got you covered! Heritance aarah provided me with the most memorable island experience anyone can aim for. From the start of my trip until the end. Upon my arrival to Male airport, a hotel representative was waiting for me at arrivals. The representative escorted me and my luggage to the trans Maldivian airline counter, and simplified my check in process. I was then sent to the TMA terminal by bus, and upon my arrival there, another heritance aarah representative greeted me and checked me into the hotel lounge. At the lounge, unlimited drinks and food bite snacks were offered. Shortly later, it was time to board the seaplane towards the island! After a 45 minute ride, I finally reached resort. Upon landing, we were greeted by a welcome dance and quickly taken to the reception for check in. My host/ butler Kunal (best island host ever!) ensured a smooth process throughout my welcoming and entire trip too. I started off my vacation with a 3 night stay in the overwater villa, followed by a 2 night stay in the beach villa. (Perfect mix for those looking to experience the Maldivian experience to its fullest!). Kunal ensured that my schedule for the upcoming days was set, right upon my arrival. He had booked my dinners in all restaurants, ensuring a great variety and relaxing trip where I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Kunal gave me an island tour and shared all needed information about all operating hours, inclusions and extra activities that can be done at all island facilities. I booked a dolphin cruise, sunset cruise, massage session, facial session, bike to tour around the island, Snorkeling equipment, and even had the opportunity to indulge in an arts and crafts session in which I designed my own seashell to take back home. I also booked a private photographer (photos+ drone videos), which was very smooth and memorable. This was my second time in the maldives traveling solo, and I was shocked by the variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment and excursions available in the resort. The spa was one of the largest I’ve seen offering not only relaxing treatments but also manicures, pedicures, makeup, hair blows and much much more. The resort has a bunch of activities at the diving center too. The hotel rooms are equipped to the fullest. Beach bags, flip flops, all toiletries… you literally just have to grab your swimsuit, few outfits and you’re all set! No need to overpack at all. The gift shop also sells any last minute essentials needed like SPF, tanning oil, sanitary supplies for women, souvenirs and more. Kunal did a great job ensuring my satisfaction, giving me access to the spa showers after checking out of my room and leaving the island later during the day to head back to the airport. Traveling solo can be a little challenging sometimes, but at heritance aarah, I felt welcomed like family. Kunal did a wonderful job ensuring my happiness and comfort at all times. He was available the entire time to help me out. In short, I classify heritance aarah as a luxury resort, where all little details are tackled perfectly: a perfect destination for solo travelers, couples, and even families. Very friendly staff, super large variety of food and activities, beautiful beach and underwater world, amazing location surrounded by other islands- not completely ghosted. As my trip came to an end, the hotel did its greeting ritual which was very heartwarming, and resort staff escorted me back into the male airport check in to catch my flight back home.
