We spent 10 unforgettable days at JA Manafaru, staying in two incredible accommodations: 5 days in a Deluxe Beach Villa and 5 days in an Ocean Water Villa. Our stay was on an all-inclusive package, which I highly recommend for anyone visiting, especially if you enjoy a drink or two. However, if alcohol isn’t part of your plans, the full-board option would also be a great choice.||It has now been three weeks since we left JA Manafaru, yet every moment we spent there remains as vivid in our minds as if it were yesterday. This vacation left us with unforgettable memories, and it is hard to find the words to describe just how exceptional this place is. From the moment we arrived by seaplane, we were greeted warmly by the General Manager, Mr. Jason Cruse, and several members of the staff. This level of attention is rare, and we had never experienced anything like it in all the hotels we’ve visited. That moment instantly immersed us in an atmosphere of care and warmth.||And then there was Aan. Aan is not just a butler; she is the soul of what made our stay truly extraordinary. Snorkeling, often criticized in some reviews, was a true revelation for us. From our first outing, we had the chance to swim with a turtle for 40 minutes—a moment suspended in time. We also encountered majestic manta rays and sharks, showcasing the incredible richness of this ecosystem. While the coral is damaged, marine life remains vibrant, and the organized snorkeling trips are well worth it.||Every meal on the island was an experience in itself. We especially enjoyed lunch at Andiamo, with its pool nestled in lush greenery, and dinner at Ocean Grill, where the seaside ambiance made every evening magical. The culinary variety and quality of the dishes satisfied us day after day.||JA Manafaru is not just a luxurious resort surrounded by stunning landscapes. From the moment we landed in Male airport until our departure, the entire experience was seamless and filled with genuine warmth from the exceptional staff.||I must start by acknowledging Otabek from the reservations team, who was incredibly helpful, taking care of our transfers, answering all our queries promptly, and assisting with activity bookings. We have just come back from a fabulous 7 days at JA Manufaro ...from the minute we were greeted at male airport with one of the team we were well looked after we were in a fully aircon room while we waited for our flight to the island which was very smooth and organised the flight was 55mins followed by 10 min speed boat ride to the resort where we were welcomed with many of the team waving us in it here we met Sabaah our thakuru we were taken to our beach Villa what can we say but wow its more than we ever could imagine we stayed 3 nights there then we moved to a sunrise water Villa and again wow no words can actually describe how amazing these villas are .

Sabaah went above and beyond he made all of our reservations always at the end of a WhatsApp for our every need nothing is too much trouble .

During our stay we had breakfast at kukani where there is so much variety of food and drinks on offer you start with fresh friut toast cereals yogarts pastries fresh juices you help yourself to while they prepare your breakfast order highly recommend the eggs benidict.

Lunch we split between Kukani and our favourite Andiamo which overlooked a tropical pool area, it is here we met Nazim he looked after us for our stay always with a happy welcoming face always made a special cocktail which were amazing along with the food thanks to Nazim for making our holiday special.

Dinner we went to White Orchid which is a lovely setting just on the jetty overlooking the sea where you see lots of fish and we even see a stingray swim by . After dinner we had a walk along to the end of the jetty where we seen about 15 or more sharks this was one of our highlights of our stay.

Ocean grill was our favourite place for dinner its on the beach another beautiful setting we loved the surf and turf we have never seen prawns that size before 5 star meal every time here.

We also did kukani for there special nights we had the Maldivian night , seafood BBQ and the Asian Street food i wont say too much about these nights other than you must go they really are something else .

On our last night we went to the Cellar for dinner omg what a beautiful special place our meal here was delicious its set 2.5 meters below sea level it is an underground volcanic stone cave from floor to ceiling displays of the finest wines.

Infinity is where we went for a drink throughout the day and night where we met Imran that guy is something else such a hard worker always made time to chat to us about our day suggested lots of things for us to do made us feel really special during our stay always smiling and joking with us we always looked forward to seeing him he is a true gem.

We were here celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary during this time our house keeping guy Raidh made every effort to make it special whether it was running a bubble bath or 2 for when we returned to the villa leaving us a special anniversary cake or the beautiful bed display just made it all the more special he came twice a day doing a great job keeping our room immaculate alway asking if there's anything else he can do !

We also met Mark the food and beverage manager what a happy chatty guy goes round to everyone and i mean everyone making sure you having a great meal and a great time, takes alot of pride in his work and his team always praising them .

We stayed on an all inclusive basis which we found to be an amazing variety and quality of food and drinks ...bring some larger sized clothes for your journey home as 3 course breakfast lunch and dinner defo puts the pounds on .

The staff here are truly a credit to this island from all the guys that rake the beach everyday the chefs behind the scenes the handy men and technicians always pleasant and hardworking everyone you pass always says hello .

Everything is thought of here all the little touches just make you feel looked after and special ....5 star treatment from start to end .
