Location was OK. A bit far from Port Louis where I was commuting to (like 30-40 minutes drive after peak hour), but I chose that so it’s OK. I wanted to retreat. Getting taxis after 8pm as a foreigner without local taxi apps is a nightmare so be conscious of this. The cleanliness was wanting. First day big cockroach emerges crawling and at check in the manager just stomps it and kicks it out. No issue but the stain is was on the floor next day when I returned, unmopped! I also found a smaller one on the coffee table, smacked it with my slipper and left the carcass there to test if it would be cleaned as I’d read reviews about bugs and cleanliness needing improvement. It was still there till I messaged concierge to complain about poor cleaning. The dishes also had some stains on some days and the kitchen counter tops were not cleaned with one day me finding cooking oil residue on it after I’d made an egg, exactly where I left it. Again, to test cleaning rigour. The extra kitchen/ dish cloth that was folded and left in the drawer also had flour residue. It obviously wasn’t cleaned or even checked before being returned. On day 2 I was met by a huge flying cockroach on my bedroom wall that I used all the Doom on (thank God they provide this in the apartment 🫣) as I’m petrified of bugs and huge flying ones at that! I left the carcass on the floor after battling that creature for like 30 minutes to test housekeeping and thankfully this one was removed as I left it in plain sight. I had to tell concierge at check out that cleaning in this place needs massive massive improvement. Otherwise it’s a great huge space with great amenities and fittings, loads of parking space and well located for a vacation. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special. Concierge was proactive in communicating and the security levels are good. They charge a $/€550 deposit on top of the accommodation rate at check in so read the fine print. But it is just a pre-authorization on card so instantly released to card, if you damage nothing. If cash, it’s also instant at check out. This villas are truely AMAZING. So beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated. The architecture of the villa is amazing, I would move in immediatelly haha. Its is very clean, super spaceous and the beds were really comfy. You find everything you need there. If not the personnel is very very friendly and tries their best to meet all you expectations and needs. Due to our Covid infection 1 day before our flight to Mauritius we weren't able to come and had to postpone our trip for 2 weeks - we texted Mythic Villas immediatelly and they were really understanding and offered us a postponement free of charge which we are still super thankful for! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable - for what you get the price is more than fair enough. We couldn't be happier with out stay. The location is also perfect - it took us 10-15min to the beach, shopping mall, restaurants, etc. Also communication worked perfectly fine via Whatsapp during our stay. There is also a fitness room which will be exclusively reserved for you. And also breakfast or dinner is offered with room service too. The villas have their own parking spot directly in front and before you enter, you have to pass security which are there 24/7 and are very nice men who greeted us everytime we passed :)) Thanks again for making our visit to Mauritius so memorable! We will definitely recommend this place to anyone...

For a wonderful Mauritian experience with all the creature comforts of home Mythic Suites and Villas offers a wonderful holiday experience. We have enjoyed 2 fabulous weeks here staying in both a suite and villa and I can honestly say that every time we ventured out we enjoyed a wonderful sense of coming home at the end of each day.|The villas/suites are beautifully equipped so there is none of this ‘make do’ style of self catering. The kitchen and laundry facilities give you everything you need and more. The fact that each villa/suites has the crockery and cutlery for 2 people more than maximum occupancy meant you were never scrambling round for things.|The pools are clean and welcoming and the gardens beautifully maintained. It is verdant and colourful and makes for a delightful setting in which to relax. The quietness of the area is an absolute joy and yet it is in easy reach of amenities. |The staff are superb from the Chef, guest relations, concierge, cleaning, Maintenance and security all work as one team making for a great...
