Dear Team,||I am writing to file a formal complaint about my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I expected, and I would like to bring a few issues to your attention ||Upon arrival , I told her my room was on the ground floor, but when I had done my reservation , I told him if possible, I could allocate my room on the first floor. So, the conclusion taken messages has not passed. ||Getting my room air-conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance has come telling the aircon is getting fresh air, but in not that case. I am going to see the manager of the of the hotel I meet Stephanie, who has been able to allocate me in another room. I informed her that if I had facilitated a late check out to compensate the problem i had encountered, when checking a lot of wasting time. The result i got is that they have provided me with a bigger room. It's not me that I have to ask a bigger room. ||Secondly I went to dinner. I have to bring my own bottle of water as they don't provide water. When Me Edley saw a bottle of water on the table, he told me not to show the bottle of water on the water. So I put it on the floor. We have children with us, and putting down a bottle of water on the floor is it acceptable. Tomorrow, when I go for breakfast, I see him. There is no welcoming from him. The face appears to be angry with us. According to me he is not a professional customer service bad.||Thirdly in room only the day of arrival we have been provided with water and after that we have to purchase own of water bottle.||Fourthly poor room service wait for long time and house keeping they don't clean properly not refuelling of bath shampoo tissu paper but they have help me for the decorations of the room for my wife birthday and myself amd my wife has like the decorations ||Finally the day of my arrival they introduced me to the manager. I think it was a visitor because the way he has been dressed no welcoming address to us in fact was looking us withna angry face.||Conclusion I take poor hospitality , poor customer service, lack of experience, and staff lack of manner how address to client to pleased to feel at home||Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at your hotel and do not feel that I received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not have the same negative experience ||Thanks you for your attention to this matter...

Read moreOur vacation at Cotton Bay Hotel was simply unforgettable! From the moment my wife and I , we stepped into the airy lobby, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles, helped us settle in quickly, and even offered a refreshing juice — such a thoughtful start.||Our room was perfect for us: spacious, spotless, and so fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the terrasse looked over the sea — a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sea view with the sound of waves and cool breeze. We also appreciated the practical touches inside the room.||Breakfast became one of our favorite rituals. There was always a wide variety of food, pastries, and hot dishes, plus the chef happily made eggs cracking jokes to keep the good humor . Dinners were equally enjoyable; the menu had something for everyone, from beautifully cooked seafood to simple, tasty options for us. The fish, chicken and the meat were prepared with lovely spices ,the pizzas and the dessert were delightful. Every night we had a different theme for the buffet.||After dinner we enjoyed the entertainment. The traditional folk dance is always so good to appreciate. I can say other singers have lovely voices and they offer a wide variety in their selection of songs.||The hotel grounds felt like a small paradise. The pool area was sparkling clean and safe , with plenty of loungers to relax. The crystal clear beach always welcomes you for a walk and enjoy the scenery. The sunrise is amazing.||What really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, restaurant staff remembered our preferences.. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our holiday was stress-free and fun.||This was our fifth visit to Cotton Bay hotel and Spa. We love Rodrigues Island, the people and heir culture. We cannot explain our inner feeling but we can assure you the best is only here. Last but not the least, we were in paradise when we had our couple massage at Spa Ovanee.||Cotton Bay Hotel is the perfect choice for families seeking a mix of relaxation, adventure, and genuine hospitality.
