After a small hitch where they put us in the wrong room at first, we were put in the correct #3 room. Wifi is good, TV had Chromecast, the king bed was comfy, room was awesome, spacious and the hot tub worked great. Sliding door locks were broken and the stairs to go down to the beach were extremely unsafe and scary, luckily you can drive on to the beach just 2 blocks away, like up the the shore literally. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are quick to take a payment but will not answer, or email back! I never received an itinerary. I called the number they have listed on their website and pressed the rosarito extension a lady answered the phone asking me “who is this” (in Spanish) I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a scam and if it’s not they have the worst...
