Sleep Inn — Hotel in Baja California

My vehicle was damage overnight by another guest, after I spoke with the on duty manager she reviewed the cameras and confirmed the damage was done at approximately 1:00am. She explained to me that due to hotel policy which all guest sign upon check-in, the hotel is not liable nor will they provide other guest information, I respect the fact that they protect our privacy however my issue was that a hit and run had happened and the hotel had access to the guest information, if the company is not willing to disclose information on the guest(i.e. name & phone number) maybe the hotel should assume those damages. The amount of time and cost of pursuing legal matters just was not worth it. I do thank the manager for taking the time in reviewing the tapes, and her empathizing with my situation, I also do understand she was just following company policy, I was just frustrated and with small damage...

Horrible!!! The location is really bad because is in a main street but is a confusing way street, also is no sign in the front of the hotel, the check in was fast, but I get there at 10pm on a Friday and it was no parking I almost park on the street the hotel looks like a hospital and a dirty hospital, a bad paint job, not a pretty hotel at all. Also as soon as we walk in the room the smell of sewer was afoul, I almost threw up, I want to leave the hotel in that moment but my husband was so tired that he ask me to just let it go for that night. Service was ok, front desk is not friendly at all, but securi gard was nice. Room supper small, believe me, is a small room. The bed was hard, and the pillows were not conformable. The place is quiet, that's why the 1 star is only because it is a quiet hotel. Overall, it's not a hotel for me, and I will not going...

I enjoy this place every time I go to Mexicali. People is nice, polite and willing to help. Is close enough from everything and far enough from the noise of the border. This is a clean place with nice little details. Is a 3 Star ✨ hotel so don't expect Luxor, however the people who runs this place on a daily basis are committed to give you peace of mind, and that's priceless. They always make accomodations for me and my family and they always make sure you are satisfied. A big shout out for Dani the front desk clerk and for the girl who helped us on Monday 03/22, sorry I don't know your name but those tacos were a piece of heaven for this traveling family.
