Hotel Los Cedros de Uayamón — Hotel in Campeche

Extremely confused with this hotel. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were large and luxurious. But we had the impression that this was a fake hotel that tried very hard to pretend being an actual hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere (which is perfect if you want to avoid guests). The only other family that stayed overnight looked fake as well (or at least looked as if they were just living there). There were power cords in the shower, no railing on the balcony (because no one actually ever stayed in this hotel?). Only instant coffee at an otherwise fine breakfast (because no one actually ever drinks coffee here?). No one knew how to work the computer or credit card terminal at the reception and when we tried to pay cash there was no change (because no one actually ever pays here?). The receptionist/waiter/? asked some neighbor for money and in the end we payed less than we had to ... because there really was no change. The place was extremely cheap for what it offered to begin with. Well kept grounds. Clean rooms. But did we mention no railing on the balcony? (Don't let your kids out there!) Anywho, the place was perfect for what we needed: a good and cheap bed not too far...

A local hotel that attracts many religious encounters, expect people to be singing, praying, NOT doing drugs or getting tattoos. Dr. David Chi, the principle owner has strived to make it a 5 star hotel. The surrounding adjacent properties have horses, sheep, expect the roosters song to awaken you. NO internet was available, sometime soon maybe. They are honest people. If you like praise and worship, and teens hanging around in circles..YOU"LL...

En español después del francés L'hôtel est super beau. Sembleble aux photos qui se trouvent sur internet. L'habitation énorme, était pour 6 personnes. Pas d'eau chaude 😔 Mais... Il y a toujours un mais... Les service presque inexistant. Ils étaient en train de préparer un événement et ils n'étaient même pas au courant de notre arrivé. Ils nous ont mit de côté. Aucun service. Le restaurant pas disponible. Aucun place où manger dans le cartier. Nous sommes finit en mangeant dans un salle à manger pour les ouvrier. Nous avons eu la chance de qu'il existe ça. Nous ne ke recomende pas 😔

Hotel lindo y agradable. Se parece a las fotos de Internet. Nos dieron una habitación para 6 personas. No había agua caliente. Pero... Siempre hay un pero... Servicios casi inexistentes. Estaban planeando un evento y ni siquiera estaban al tanto de nuestra llegada. Nos dejaron a un lado. Sin servicios. El restaurante no estaba disponible. No hay lugar para comer en la zona.
