Enough! Owner/manager, please read this and take action to improve your hotel! The staff are helpful and your cleaning crew is doing the best they can to maintain, but this place seriously deserves more meaningful maintenance than it is currently receiving. I stayed for one night on the second floor. Rooms on this floor are extremely outdated. I had to request a second room because the first smelled terrible (sewer odor). Second room smelled strongly of air freshener, but by morning the room also smelled bad. The shower drain is the likely culprit, which I didn’t bother to use. It looks like someone (I’m looking at you, owner) has given up on these rooms. Handles on cupboard/nightstands have missing or broken hardware, the “rolling” chair is missing four out of five of its rollers, one light fixture mounted on the wall over the desk is not working and has a suspicious looking stain around it, almost as if it caught fire or something. Pillows are badly stained under the thin cover. The curtains are ripped and broken. I had to repair them myself in order to sleep at all. Then there’s the carpet: it is absolutely disgusting. I refused to take off my shoes the whole time for fear of what I might take home with me. The transition strip between the vanity area and “room” is an accident waiting to happen. I strongly recommend you do NOT take your shoes off! Oh, and the gym is locked and empty/unusable. Takeaway: if you’re booked on the second floor, I’m sorry and I hope you got a smoking’ deal. Estuve un total de 4 noches en el hotel, cuando llegamos el staff nos atendió normal, nada especial, pero cuando entramos en el elevador empezamos a tener dudas del hotel, el elevador estaba lleno de manchas por todos lados y algo sucio, cuando llegamos al piso de nuestra habitación todo olía a polvo y a qué no han aspirado la alfombra en mucho tiempo, entrando a nuestra habitación la alfombra estaba sucia, las ventanas estaban sucias y las cortinas algo rotas, en la pared había cables salidos de algunos sockets, el panel para el aire acondicionado estaba roto y sucio, cuando intentamos prender el aire no funcionaba, por lo que intentamos llamar a la recepción, pero las habitaciones no tienen teléfono, entonces esperamos a que pasará alguien de limpieza en el pasillo, por qué había más calor en la habitación que en el pasillo, le comentamos el problema y solo nos dijo que después iría alguien de mantenimiento, nos dijo que si persistía el problema nos cambiarían de habitación, pasamos la segunda noche con los mismos problemas, el tercer día alguien de mantenimiento fue y arreglo el problema pero solo por unas horas, pues en la noche tuvimos el mismo problema otra vez, seguido de esto amenazamos con pedir un reembolso o llamar a la Profeco si nos nos cambiaban de habitación, después de esto en menos de 5 min nos cambiaron a una habitación renovada, en otro piso, este piso estaba renovado, las habitaciones estaban decentes, pero también algo sucias y con el techo algo roto por problemas con humedad, pero el aire acondicionado ya servía, el problema es que en esta habitación no llegaba el internet. No se dejen engañar por las fotos de su página y el lobby, nos pudieron haber cambiado desde el primer día pero decidieron dejarnos ahí varios días, en un cuarto sucio y sin aire acondicionado en calor de 40 grados centígrados, no recomiendo este hotel para nada, después de esto busque otros hoteles por el mismo precio y había mucho mejores opciones incluso más baratos. También las instalaciones como la alberca estaban algo sucias y se notaba que no se filtraba bien el agua, y el gimnasio está deplorable y extremadamente básico y con equipo que necesita mantenimiento, por qué incluso me llegue a lastimar un poco por una máquina que ya tiene un cable bastante desgastado. NO VAYNA A ESTE HOTEL, es caro, sucio, hasta las habitaciones renovadas tienen muchos problemas y el staff no se preocupa por el huésped ni un poco, me arrepiento de no reportarlo a la Profeco, por qué un hotel así de sucio y mal atendido no debería de...
