Hotel Montroi City — Hotel in Colima

I'm very disappointed. I asked for an economic option and was told I had no options but a king bed which turned out to be a lie. I asked them about it when I arrived and they apologized and said they would refund me the difference. I waited 30 mins while they gave me the run around with a "mythical" manager on the phone. I didn't get the refund.

The WiFi was terrible. I asked and was given the password for a different network. That one was worse. I was unable to browse, check Instagram or stream YouTube. Texts would come in and out as I got some connection to the network.

The bathroom wall was falling apart, there was debris on the toilet tank and sink top. The shower window was disgusting like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

I like to sleep like a bat and don't sleep well with light on and the door has large gaps that allowed light into the room all night.

You have to fiddle with the TV unit to get the remote control to function. It's difficult not to have the unit...

It is a nice place to stay at. Not expensive and the rooms were clean enough to sleep in. I would not recommend if your stay is a long one or if you are looking for a luxury expirience. Staying for a short period of time is perfect, and the service is exceptable for the price.

Es un lugar bueno para descansar. No es caro y los cuartos estan limpios a un nivel aceptable. No lo reccomiendo si vas a estar por mucho tiempo o si vuscas algo lujoso. Quedandose por un tiempo corto es perfecto, y el servicio esta bien para el precio.

È un bell'albergo in cui soggiornare. Non costoso e le camere erano abbastanza pulite per dormire. Non consiglierei se il vostro soggiorno è lungo o se siete in cerca di un'esperienza di lusso. Rimanere per un breve periodo di tempo è perfetto, e il servizio è eccezionale...

Estuve en Colima, por cuestiones de trabajo por 2 semanas durante el mes de Mayo de 2017, como iban a ser varios días, la empresa estuvo buscando hoteles con estancia barata, de fácil acceso y cómodos, por lo que se optó por este hotel.||Efectivamente, el hotel está muy centrico y de fácil acceso, cerca de centros comerciales y walmart, pero desafortudamente la imagen del hotel no es la mejor.||Desde mi punto de vista es un motel adaptado para hotel.||Me asignaron la habitación y a pesar de que estaba limpia, no da la confianza de ser tan limpia.||Algunas de las paredes tienen humedad y el baño no me dio absolutamente nada de confianza, por lo que tuve que ir al súper a comprar un tapete de plástico para el baño, sandalias, lysol para quitar gérmenes, etc.||No sé si fue mi percepción solamente porque al leer los comentarios de otras personas veo que tuvieron una experiencia muy buena en el hotel, sé que el precio está relacionado también con el servicio recibido, pero hay lugares con el mismo precio que la verdad están mucho mejores en Colima.||Estuve ahí solamente dos noches y preferí cambiarme...
