San Rafael Hotel & Villas — Hotel in Colima

Horrible... Over charged for everything.given a different room than we booked on line but charged the same price. Very unhelpful and not friendly for non native Spanish speakers. In a hard location the local bus doesn't stop anywhere near to the hotel and the taxi will always try to over charge you because of the reputation of the hotel... The restaurant was closed which meant there was no coffee in the morning and the only thing was a taxi ride away. I would not stay here again if...
