The hotel offers a great experience for families but is limited to no more than 2 days and along weekends where there's Buffett on breakfast and pool and animal activities, during week days the options are limited and there's no Buffett and prices are out of normal (1 small omelette 10USD). I do not understand why, considering all this structure, the hotel does not offer summer camp to kids, gynkana or any other activity that brings more customers, it's a waste of resources. They must review the prices and invest more in staff training on serving considering international standards, I also need to mention about the way the dedicated staff try to sell the loyalty program, it's NOK, families are coming to relax and dedicate time with their kids, if you want to sell something create a quiosque explaining the benefits of the plan and not scheduling 1 hour talk with an agent during vacation time.

This hotel... I am at a loss of words for the beauty and tidiness of this estate. There are so many beautiful paintings and the staff are very helpful. I shall have you know in the pool area there are a few cats. Their names are Big Chomper, the big black cat with orange and white spots, Little Gray who is small, very scared of everything and obviously, gray. Next is Medium Joe, he is like little gray but has white paws, and last but not least Queso, he is a very big orange fluffy cat. He is rarely seen and I only saw him on the last day of my stay at 2:00 am. You're welcome. P.S. give Big Chomper belly rubs for me.

Great Great place in terms of Vibe / beautiful architecture and solutions, colors and trees, Magical experince and a true pleasure for the eyes and the soul - Yet not for the taste buds ! Nowadays it takes nothing to get a Great chef - train and set up a proper culinary experince with attention to details ! Yes the place has wines ! But that where it ends ! The rest of the food was barley addable ! Its a Huge huge pity since it could be fixed easily and would add to this place 10 points to what they already have !

This hotel is difficult to rate. Some very good experiences and some unacceptable. The uneven nature of it all results in 3 stars. It could be so much more. ||Good:||Grounds - wonderful, a joy to see and walk |Hotel- an amazing structure - puts one into Europe as we wandered the long, empty halls ||Room - although in need of updating (see below), the bed was good and the reading lights were a nice add. Vanity in the bathroom was too small. ||Covid cleaning and prevention - well done! ||Staff - friendly, and mostly well trained. ||Dining room - the fire in the morning was a nice touch. ||Restrooms - in the public areas were pristine. ||Not so good:||Internet - none or spotty in the dining area, yet they insist guests use online menus ||Rooms - need updating ||Air conditioner in room did not effectively cool and had to open the door to the terrace at night ||Food - average, nothing special ||Service - Friendly but dinner service was slow and had to look for our server to get a check. Breakfast was the same - hard to get a second cup of coffee ||No charges to the room - had to pay as we went - pool service, dinner, breakfast. Very distracting. Had to carry cash or a credit card everywhere. ||Pool - a beautiful pool, but filled with leaves ||Net: If Fiesta Americana Can resolve a few issues, this hotel...

First time staying at this hacienda. Our favorite part by far was the grounds. Customer service was also excellent. The master suite 623 was amazing and had great views. The “granja” area where the animals are, was great. I loved their baby donkey. All the animals were kept very well and look well fed. The pool was warm, although we did not swim this time. My daughter enjoyed the play set and the tree “house”. We got up early to go for a walk and saw countless very colorful birds. The restaurant was good. We had their rib eye and it was delicious. The breakfast we had the next morning was good. Room service was prompt and brought everything we needed. I think the decoration of the interior was very nice, but for the next one, whenever that may be, it would be nice to see something more rustic and with that Hacienda feel. My only dislike was the checkout time. It’s 11 a.m. there is so much to see that such an early check out time does not allow for full enjoyment of everything this Hacienda has to offer. The small Chappell is a must see. Overall worth visiting at least once, preferably not on special holidays, since the price will be much...

This is no longer a hotel for resting with the family… this is a noisy hotel for events. This is an expensive hotel for the average hotels in Mexico, we planned a relaxed weekend with the babies as my wife had good memories of this hotel… unfortunately the experience was pretty bad. We had a loud party right outside of our window (please refer to the first picture). When we called front desk for help, an employee: Sandra was pretty rude with us, telling the only option for us was to lower the room category (again not a cheap hotel for Mexico), no money back and nothing to do. After filing a complaint of Sandra and taking to the hotel manager, they managed to change us to a similar room, but any way the second picture was outside of the second room… setting another event there.|On top of this, we found cockroaches in the Italian restaurant, as our table was outdoors, we think it was hard to eliminate them, but then we found a big one in our room (picture added), where our babies walked the entire weekend.|We are not returning to...
