For the price the hotel is missing many features. First we booked this hotel from bookme with a misleading information that it was 9km from Guanajuato Town, once we took a closer look we found out that it was 40minutes drive. The Rooms has NO INTERNET and you 3G will not work there as has no phone signal. My king Room was very spacious, however had very little furniture (2 bed side table, TV table, and a bed. (thy have SKYTV). a computer desk would be nice as the room have an empty feeling. I could not get any of my work done as I had no internet in the room and had issues connecting to the restaurant internet which closes at 10pm. The room had NO HAIR DRYER, we didnt try the breakfast as was over $350 pesos I think. The Staff was very polite and nice. keep in mind only one guys speaks english there. They have a indoor carpark and your car will be safe there. Room was not so clean, towels had peoples nose stuff in it when we checked in, linen have black marks everywhere (I beileve is not dirt but the lundry process was causing that). Overall, A pretty place with nice staff but I didnt had such a great experience maybe will be...
Read moreThe Good: The place has great views, great food, great rooms, and it's the perfect place to get away.
The Bad: It's very expensive, and their employees DO NOT speak English.
The Ugly: False advertisement on their massage packages. Rude receptionists, that rolled their eyes when confronted with their package prices list. ( $800.00 MN for 80 minutes and they charge me $700.00 MN for only 45 minutes) The price to stay on the internet was $3,200.00 MXP and they charged $3,900.00 MXP.
Bottom line: -Management needs to update their prices. Train their employees and make them more efficient. Honor their prices, and/or remove the "new brochures" from the rooms so they won't be misleading.
UPDATE. 31/12/17

Read moreOur vacation included QRO, SM, GTO, and Leon and this place was the highlight of our trip! A wonderful spot with a generously sized room (we stayed in their basic king room) and VERY a comfortable bed. We had internet access, and enjoyed our massage at the spa. The service, especially our waiter/bartender, Carlos, was amazing. Carlos went out of his way to help over and over again. Maria was very helpful as well, helping us navigate the property with our bad Spanish speaking abilities. We also took part in the winery tour and our guide was bilingual (something we were continually grateful for) and also knowledgeable about the property’s history, the wine making process, and how to taste and evaluate the wine. I really wish I could correctly spell her name to give credit, but It began with an “A” and she is...
