Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. The hotel is very inviting. It makes you feel you're sleeping in a Hacienda, it has a lot of detail on the design and architecture of the building. The location is safe and quiet. The price is super affordable for a boutique hotel which also includes and amazing breakfast at their restaurant across the street. Cozy, relaxing and inviting atmosphere with beautiful front and back patios, tennis court and swimming pool on site. The hotel's restaurant is located right across the street from it. I personally liked the room's balcony, the decorating details all around, and the fact that the parking lot is secluted. Too bad that there's no hair dryer, mini fridge or an iron in the room. El pasado 3 de agosto me hospede en este lugar, tiene buena ubicación y las instalaciones son aceptables, no es la primera vez que me quedo en el hotel y había notado que las camas son un cuanto duras y esta ultima noche lo comprobé, todo iba de forma normal, hasta que decidí darme una ducha y descubrir que no había agua fría en la regadera y en el lavamanos tampoco, por lo que llame a recepción para preguntar acerca de este detalle y me responde la persona de recepción que desde el día anterior estuvieron avisando que retirarían el servicio por mantenimiento, situación que nunca me fue notificado cuando hice mi check in y lo único que podrían hacer es llevarme un poco de agua en dos recipientes para poder bañarme, acepte la propuesta pero me lleve una desagradable sorpresa cuando llevaron el agua, resulta que no tuvieron la delicadeza de limpiar los recipientes, contenían restos de jabón y basura, no se de donde los tomaron, obviamente no me bañe con esa agua y acudí a recepción para expresar mi inconformidad, dando la única opción de lavar bien los recipientes para volver a usarlos o que si podía esperar a que terminen el mantenimiento, que no me explico por que no hacer el mantenimiento en otro horario, como lo hacen a las 9:00 am? cuando hay huéspedes, sigo sin entenderlo, no me fue compensado de ninguna forma su falta de servicio, no vi mayor preocupación por la satisfacción del cliente y tampoco si cumplen con sus...
