The property was beautiful. There were huge lavender plants outside our room. There were so many stars to observe without interference of city lights. ||||We arrived right at sunset and had to wait for all of the paperwork and then again for the golf cart to take us to our room. I was super frustrated to lose the opportunity to enjoy the views at sunset. The room was clean but my eyes were burning from the cleaning products that were used. There were hairs in the bathroom and the shower despite the cleaning chemical smell. We arrived around 7pm and were frustrated to learn the restaurant closed at 6pm and would not open again until 10am. We were not allowed to have our personal food in the room. There were tiny sodas in the refrigerator. Without a price list in the room we had no idea that one tiny soda would cost two dollars when we...

If you are really looking for resting and enjoy a good peacefull moment, this is the correct place to do it.||Wherever you are in Mexico, you have to arrive to Celaya in Guanajuato state, from here, you need go to Cortazar town and take the road "carretera Cortazar- Salvatierra" In the huizache district, you will see the remarks on the road indicating the way.||Rooms and forniture really new and according to your necessity. Good attention that includes service of transport from lobby to your room.||Pool and facilities are very good including a restaurant with an excellent view of the near towns. Unfortunatelly food is not good enough.||Really a good opportunity to enjoy...

Viví una verdadera pesadilla en este hotel. Hospede a todos los invitados de mi boda y los tuve que atender yo como si fuera mi casa. Llegamos y el restaurante estaba súper sucio, lleno de animales y telarañas en las mesas. Pedimos de comer y nos llevaron un spaguetti que traía una cucharada muerta y otro un plástico. Después resultó que no tenían cervezas ni refrescos en el hotel. Irreal, increíble, tuve que ir con mi novio al súper a comprar refrescos y botana para mis invitado mientras todos nos esperaban para convivir. En mi cuarto había un alacrán y una lagartija. En la alberca encontraron un alacrán adentro. Además de todo, tienen un carrito de golf para ir por los huéspedes a los cuartos y no se dieron abasto, tenias que esperar 15 min para que pasara por ti. no es para nada un hotel que valga los 2500 pesos que cuesta la noche, les vale gorro el servicio, subcontratan gente según la ocupación pero no les dan las herramientas para atender correctamente. Los pobres dieron todo, muy atentos y lindos pero no podían hacer más. Lo demás que necesitábamos estaba en manos de los dueños no de ellos. El peor hotel al que he ido. Deberían cerrar, si no es que ya lo están pensando. Nos ahorrarían muchos corajes. Me encantaría que me regresaran el dinero porque no debí pagar por un hotel sin servicio. Según yo iba a llegar dos días antes de mi boda a relajarme porque ya estaba todo listo y llegue a estresarme muy mal y por supuesto el spa tampoco estaba abierto, me dieron la opción de llevar a una persona especialmente a la hora que pidiera entonces tenía que preguntar a todos mis invitados quien quería y el horario a un día de mi boda?!? Cuando habíamos apartado el hotel entero 7 meses antes y tuvieron muchísimo tiempo para tenerlo en buenas condiciones y servicio al menos para esos 3 días. Ya cierren su juguetito por favor y eviten a la gente pasar tan malas...
