Great experience, great room, great food, beautiful views, and amazing workers. Be aware that there's is some construction happening due to the hurricane, but it's very minimal and hardly noticeable. You will have to drive/catch a taxi to the city center or major attractions. it's worth the stay, because it's away from the crazy night life and you can actually rest. Be sure to say hi to "Muñeca" the hotel pet(cat), she's super friendly. We will be back to the same hotel soon.

Great Experience! We bought a day pass at Camino Real Acapulco. It was roughly $40/person for the day and they give guy that credit towards food and beverages. The drinks were very well made, the prices are very reasonable and the food was very fresh and delicious. The service was prompt and attentive. Also, the hotel has two great size pools and their beach is one of the best in town. Definitely recommend!

Good place to relax. Wasn’t as crowded since I went there on week days. Pros - Private area, the area has a gate that only allows people with permission - nice cozy beach - there’s few pools available - kids friendly - quiet beach, super mellow waves - restaurant with amazing views Cons - a bit far from city center

First of all let me tell you I really liked this hotel because of its privacy and seclusion.|I'm dissatisfied the way I was treated during my last check in process, We arrived at 7:00 am because our flight was changed earlier than scheduled, the receptionist said we needed to pay $1800.00 pesos for early check in or wait till 3:00 pm. |The hotel was almost empty there were rooms available we needed to go to sleep so I said fine I’ll pay just give me a nice room. |guess what? I got the worst room possible , way too far from the pools or the beach, I refused the room and asked for a better room, he said you need to upgrade and it would be $1000.00 pesos a night. |This is was fifth time I stayed at this hotel I always got nice rooms, I never had any issues with early check in, there was a reason I kept coming back. I was very upset and asked for a refund but since I booked thru a agency they said no refunds I asked to talk to the manager she was not on the premises, we were so tired so I ended up paying the upgrade. later on the day I asked again to speak to the manager she called me I explained what happened but she didn’t offer any help. |May be there was a change of ownership but last my stay was not as pleasant as my last previous 4. |I will probably look somewhere else on my next stay in Acapulco....

The property is OK lost walking a lot of steps, but the worst part was we stayed in the master suite which is on the floor 8. Everything was fine until housekeeping, or maintenance stole our property. Versace perfume for my wife. We talk to the front desk, security and people on charge and basically they did nothing. They trying to play the game of security cameras do not see anything or they were not working they do not offer anything and pretty much they treat us like we were lying is no reason for us spending all that money in at this hotel we came with our family so we rent about five rooms times three days so we spend a lot of money here and there's no reason for us to be making this up. They said they didn't see anybody walking out of the hotel room with my wife's perfume obviousl they're not gonna walk with that on their hands again we don't care about the perfume. It's just that Hotel did nothing about this whole situation and trying to make us like we were making this up. I would never go back over there if you go to this place, either put all your values in the safety box, which probably will not make any difference because they have a master...

The Camino Real Acapulco hotel offers a luxury experience thanks to its excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, and a privileged location in the Diamante area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature spectacular views that guarantee a perfect rest.||||However, there are a few details to consider. The hotel charges $70 MXN for parking per night, an unusual fee for a hotel of its category. Furthermore, the food and beverage offerings, while good quality, come with high prices and limited variety, which can be an inconvenience during longer stays.||||In conclusion, it is a highly recommended option for anyone seeking comfort and exclusivity, as long as you budget for the additional costs of...
