INACCESSIBLE!! No signal, no signage, no lighting, no help, no warning from the host!!! The road is dangerous and the host irresponsible!! Not just an unpaved road, but a road that is full of craters and rocks, with steep drops that will leave you stuck and stranded......again no signal so you will be unable to call anyone for help. if you wish for a stressful journey to your accommodation or wish to be stranded this is the place for you.

Sin duda el mejor lugar de la región para hospedarte precio / Calidad. La anfitriona se llama Angi y es una excelente persona, cálida y sobre todo muy atenta en todo momento. El lugar cuenta con un criadero de venados a unos metros . Hay una tiendita que vende lo indispensable como bebidas y abarrote. Hay una cosina local a unos metros y la comida es buena y muy económica. Las habitaciones son cómodas y suficientes para pasar una noche tranquila y acogedora. Hay agua caliente y un baño amplio . Ofrecen caminatas de senderismo local. Los jardines están en excelentes condiciones y el lugar es muy seguro para dejar tus pertenencias, además el estacionamiento es gratuito y de fácil acceso. Para llegar no es complicado llegando a San Cristóbal solo tomas a mano derecha la entrada ala florida (hay un letrero grande azul ) que está aunos pasos de la única gasolinera y listo te vas derecho y en 10 minutos estás en las cabañas que se aprecian a lo lejos, puedes llegar fácilmente en auto bajito y aunque no hay mucha señalética es fácil dar con Google maps. De las cabañas a tolantongo son algunos 18min máximo....

Waouh pour le lieu et la vue !!! Lieu magique au cœur de la région montagneuse d'Hidalgo. A 30 minutes des grutas, idéal pour y passer la nuit après. 10km de piste mais largement praticable bien plus que certaines routes secondaires mexicaines. La cabane est spacieuse avec eau chaude et le lit est un plus confortable que nous avons eus au Mexique. Du wifi est accessible à l'entrée ce qui est suffisant pour un endroit sans réseau.

Awesome location! The cabins are simple but very nice and clean. The host was lovely, even offering to make us sandwiches when she learned we hadn't had dinner!

The location is peaceful with limited signal and WiFi. The area is also awesome for exploring and walks and the sunsets are absolutely stunning there.

As far as the road is concerned, yeah it's a dirt road with some holes and drops on the edge, but is generally in a good condition and we drove it easily in our rented Chevy Beat. Just take it as slow as you need to. It's definitely worth it. In our driving pace, the cabins were about 20 minutes drive...

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! It is only accessible with a big 4x4 truck and not by car. The unpaved road is in a extremely desolate condition and you will need an offroad vehicle with plenty of ground clearance and heavy tyres. We almost destroyed our rental car and got stuck in the middle of the night in this nomans land without any phone reception. This place should not be advertised to tourists. The hosts fail to inform its customers that their place is not accessible via a...
