We have stayed here years before, and remember it being nice and clean with great service. This visit was anything but that! ||||We got to the hotel late at night loud music was playing in the main courtyard. Thought that was completely inappropriate to see the staff blaring music and relaxing. ||||Once we got into the room, it looked dark and dingy. The bathroom lights did not work, the tv did not work, and the wifi was spotty, at best. Worst of all, there was absolutely NO hot water. ||||Woke up in the morning and my husband goes to complain about the lights and hot water. Then 10 minutes later, a man shows up at the door with a big dirty bucket filled with hot water. We were supposed to use that to wash up! ||||We checked our right away even though our reservation was for another 2 nights. Save your money and time. Very nice marble & glass bathrooms, and lovely public areas. Breakfast buffet is huge with everything you could imagine - 8 or more hot dishes, plus a cook making custom omelets, eggs or tacos, fresh fruits an juices, yoghurt, coffee all for 149 pesos for 2!
