Words come short to describe this amazing Hotel. The best hotel en Jalos hands down. The security is top notch, must use a room key to access specific floors. Two restaurants in the 2nd and 6th floor open to the public. For breakfast and lunch, with a rooftop restaurant and bar that opens for lunch and dinner. The hotel has a personal 24hr gym available to all guests that stay in the hotel free of charge. They also have a coffee shops in the lobby. The hotel has an amazing staff that are always there for any of your needs and can even suggest various areas to travel or explore while in town. Definitely staying here again for our next visit.

I had a great stay here. The room was clean and modern. The attention and service to the customer were properly met. Gralta is short walk from the town square. I don't know if I can park a tall truck with a carrying rack on top of their clean and private garage. I recommend Gralta.

Awful experience, truthfully. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the administration is and management incredibly disorganized and asinine. We arrived with the reservation fully paid. Not only did they want to charge us again upon arrival, it was more than we originally had already paid. Fortunately we had a screenshot of our payment buried somewhere on our smartphones and were able to provide evidence. They finally gave us our rooms after an uncomfortable check in experience. My uncle and aunt stayed there too, and were supposed to stay there until a Monday. The hotel made a mistake and had given them someone else’s room, and forced my aunt and uncle to leave the hotel on Sunday, a whole day earlier, without apology. I was incredulous and had never experienced something like this. You’re likely to find a better organized management team at the dingiest motel 6 you can find in the darkest corners of the states. Summarily, foreigners beware, bring your receipts, and expect the unexpected. Management at this hotel are completely clueless and...

If you want to get to know the region of Jalisco known as Los Altos de Jalisco, Hotel Gralta is a great starting point! The hotel is located in Jalostotitlan. The town's nickname is "Jalos". Jalos has a small- town feel, much unlike San Juan de los Lagos (not too far from here). The hotel is located a short, walking distance (about 7 minutes) from the church, plaza and restaurants. The restaurant within the Hotel Gralta serves good food with great service (mostly had breakfast there) and a restaurant in town (Mi Pueblo) serves great meals and drinks. While you're there, ask if you can see the restaurant's Bodega and Tower. We really enjoyed learning about the region's history (including the country's religious persecution know as the "Cristiada"). La Finca de San Antonio is also near by....wine...

Horrible service. We showed up to this beautiful hotel. Thinking we were going to get good service. We placed our oder and the waiter came back 20 min later to let me know they were out of what i had ordered. I change it to some things they said did have. We placed an order for appetizers witch they said they were out of something else we order. They all got there food and my drink had still not been served..it took 65 min to get a drink while my whole table already started eating. We asked the service for my drink 3 times and all he would say was it was coming. To add to this there was only three tables eating at this place. Should have figured it out. I should have listed to the locals when they said this place was horrible. Dont...
