The hotel is new, the price is right and the Wi-fi works very well! however several details could improve, specially cleanliness, the walkways are dusty, the ice bucket in the room with garbage and dusty, in-operational safe, I also reported the lack of towels and wipes at the gym to a lady in the front desk, her response complaining about the housekeeper was unprofessional.. and didn't get the things solved!. Free Parking is appreciated but it you need to drive very carefully because of its odd design... I give it 3 stars because it is new and the check out was quicker than usual . .. only at check in there is supposed to be someone at ground level to tell you what to do, because you need to take one elevetar to check in at first floor.. nobody was there when I arrived so I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone, then you need to take a different elevator to go to the rooms... so a...

When I approached him to express my concerns about the extensive delay, his response lacked empathy and understanding. Instead of addressing the issue, he seemed dismissive and displayed a complete disregard for customer service. This level of unprofessionalism from a manager is deeply disappointing and has undoubtedly tainted my perception of the hotel's overall commitment to guest...
