I enjoyed my experience in this establishment, there's a lot of free space outside for you to walk around and to play sports such as basketball and soccer. The outdoor bar has great food and drinks. The staff are very friendly. The only negative feedback I can give it that often times you can't sleep due to the hotel being right next to a busy road, the rooms and water are cold; it seems to me that the boiler doesn't function correctly. Family owned Mexican hotel in a historic Hacienda. Wonderful, friendly staff. Comfortable, clean rooms. Tasty restaurant for desayuno and an afternoon/evening bar was excelente. Excelente lugar, supero mis expectativas, personal muy amable, habitaciones muy bonitas combinación perfecta moderna con toque de rustico, las habitaciones con temperatura agradable a pesar de que en el clima ambiental estuvieron las temperaturas muy bajas, higiene de la habitación excelente, sitio histórico, perteneció a Don Miguel Hidalgo y antes a la Condesa de Miravalle, tienen las instalaciones servicio de Bufet para personas en general con gran variedad de platillos, tortillas calientitas hechas en el momento, precio del bufet muy accesible, tiene un ojo de agua impresionante, mi estancia fue maravillosa por lo histórico del lugar, por las tardes hay servicio de snakbar con comida sabrosísima alitas, hamburguesas, tacos de bisteck, Aclaro es la primera vez que me hospedo ahí, no tengo ninguna relación con este hotel, por la forma que expreso mi opinión, pareciera comercial estuve 3 días de mucha relajación...
