I went for my B-Day one night with my sister, it was a complete disaster. The hotel is really small but nice, the bedroom is confortable and with great view. The main attraction is the pool that it was super cold. The SPA was the only nice experience, if you decide to go (don't recommend) give yourself a massage with Esperanza, one of the bests. ||My big complain is the service and the food. When we arrived it was a huge sign outside the hotel that they are hiring a cook, so I suppose the Chef was gone. Almost everything on the menu they didn't have it, and the 2 options that they did, were worse than eating in a hospital. The servers didn't have a clue of the menu, they brought me something that I didn't´order, after one hour of waiting, I had to change my option and ask for tacos, I haven't had as bad tacos as those in my entire life.||In the restaurant the played christmas songs and US anthem (I promise).||Next day my sister and I got sick, and for lunch we ordered a club sandwich, it was impossible to eat. Really we are not exaggerating. I'm still sick.||The service is kind but really slow and they don't have any clue of what they have in the menu. ||If you try to reserve with Booking (that is less expensive) they say it is all occupied but its not true, the thing is that you have to reserve with the hotel that is almost 2000 pesos more expensive.||We felt cheated, the service terrible, the food worse and the pool was not heated as they offered. No discount what so ever and we both got sick!||We will never go back again. Don't waste your money, your patience and...
