Tiene un precio excelente por estadía, está limpio y cuenta con agua tibia, pero por $220.00 M.N., la noche, no puedes ponerte demasiado exigente, así que no contarás con televisión ni clima, mas que con un ventilador, el cual es suficiente dependiendo la temporada en la que te encuentres visitando Tepic. El administrador del alojamiento es atento y te proporciona información sobre donde te resulta mejor comer o visitar, algo muy amable de su parte, de igual forma tienes modales exquisitos, muy educado.
