TERRIBLE experience. Air Conditioning was constantly failing, the WiFi was terrible (weak signal and incredibly slow), and the buffet breakfast was severely lacking in both taste and variety (you could get something drastically better & cheaper walking out into the adjacent food court), the pool wasn't clean, the card keys uses for hotel access frequently failed and required reactivation, Elevators were out of service, Reception was understaffed and often had it's hands full making for long wait times, and the room service phone didn't work meaning every request and complaint had to be in person at ground floor. Worst part is, I did complain about most of this, but Reception's response was unapologetic, to just "deal with it" as it's due to repairs, and to send a useless technician who never solved anything.
I ended up renting an Airbnb out of how bad this hotel was.
Honestly I don't quite get how this is a 3 star hotel...This should be 2 stars at best. Rooms were pretty enough for a 3 star experience, but the overall service was atrocious and undeserving of it's 3 star status.

However, there were some basic amenities missing from my room and I had to phone the front desk 4 different times. Among the missing items were bath towels, a hair dryer and the remote for the TV. There was a mini fridge but no coffee maker. ||||When I used the hairdryer, it would shut off after 5 seconds of use. On the third attempt, sparks blew out of the hairdryer and towards my face. I took this hairdryer back to the front desk, asked that it be disposed of and requested a new one. The replacement worked, but it still was a bit faulty.||||I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they usually provide better services. Read moreI had two issues with them, first, the price they offer online isn't the one they charge once you're there and there's nowhere online that says it's an online only offer, the manager didn't help with this issue or offer anything to compensate for this inconvenience... The second issue was the pool, they knew I chose to stay because of it but they didn't tell me I had to let them know at least three hours in advance for them to turn the heater on, the manager said it took 30 minutes to heat and we waited and waited, it was my kid's first experience in a pool and we weren't able to use it because of this and I'm glad we didn't because I grabbed the emergency telephone to report this and it...
