The owner locks and chains the hotel at night; there is no way to get out. There is no reception, no Concierge or daily maid service-heck it is difficult to have the garbage emptied, get toilet paper, clean towels or even have someone answer the phone to let you out because this place is locked with chains and more. This is an industrial road and not a safe area waiting for someone to come and unlock the massive gate was absolutely horrible!||I asked for a blanket and was given a filthy, smelly blanket that has probably never been washed. ||The adverts claim there is a patio outside-there is not. There is a dirt area that is full of loose dirt making it impossible to even walk on. There is little to no hot water and the owner claims there is. This is a bare, echoing space that usually has no guests because it is so bad. En las orillas de la ciudad de Oaxaca, cuarto limpio y personal muy atento. Las instalaciones son nuevas, faltan detalles como televisión y un bote de basura en el cuarto. Ideal para llegar y descansar. El único pero es que al lado se encuentra un lugar donde guardan camiones y por la noche se oyen a los perros de ése lugar ladrar y aullar hasta la madrugada...
