I stayed for a week at Casa Maya Kaan a fantastic and comfortable beach villa on the Sian Kaan nature reserve, 10 km from Tulum beach. Excellent hospitality of the Gisella house manager, we were impressed by the beauty of the sea. The house is right on a fantastic white beach, between the sea and the lagoon, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The Chef Louis, whom we thank for having delighted us with an always varied and high quality menu, incredibly good cooking. The staing immediately turned into a fantastic experience; on the night of the full moon they organized a Temazcal in the private garden of the property. We had private yoga classes, massages, excursions, and lagoon tours start from private deck boat departing from the jetty of the house on the lagoon. Unforgettable. Ouaw!!! What a magic place. If you're looking for a peaceful paradise to recharge the batteries and escape from people & Craziness; this is the place. Incredible beach, excellent & very well trained staff, very healthy & delicious food. We spent 2 amazing weeks as a family and had the chance to participate in a yoga retreat during 4 days which relaxed us, and gave us the strength to go back to reality, but keeping the happy & positive mood that this place brought us.
