We had an amazing seven-day vacation at Vidanta Riviera Maya – The Estates, traveling as a group of three, including our 10-year-old granddaughter. Everything about our stay was exceptional—from the service and accommodations to the food, activities, pool, and drinks.||Our experience was made even more special by our dedicated butlers, Carlos and Carolina, Fernanda, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. When we checked in, they casually asked if we were celebrating anything, and we mentioned—almost in passing—that our anniversary was coming up in a few weeks. To our surprise, midway through our stay, they arranged a beautiful celebration in our room, complete with a bottle of champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, balloons, and rose petals.||One of the most thoughtful touches was how they made our 10-year-old granddaughter feel special. They arranged a chocolate treat sculpture nightly just for her, creating an unforgettable experience that she absolutely loved!||The turndown service each night included chocolates on our beds, and the cleaning service was impeccable every day. Every morning, we received a friendly text message from our butlers with a rundown of the day's activities and restaurant recommendations.||One of the many perks of staying at The Estates was the private golf cart service, allowing us to move around the stunningly large resort without long wait times. We also had early access to the Beach Club, which was a fantastic bonus. Our favorite pool, however, was at The Estates as it was exclusive and stunning. ||The grounds were breathtaking, and while we’ve stayed at other Vidanta resorts (all of which have been incredible), this particular trip stood out as our absolute favorite—all thanks to the exceptional service from our butlers. Our family just returned from our second stay at The Estates at Vidanta Riviera Maya, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience. This was an amazing experience for my family and myself , exceeded our expectations. This trip was planned for my wife’s birthday and it was a surprise for her so I will start saying that Mr. Antonio Perez who is the rooms director was outstanding ! He coordinated all our stay and put me in touch with the concierge staff who made sure all the decoration and arrangements I made were delivered on time . Cintia and Lilia from concierge were also amazing , always with a smile and delivering the best service possible . The Room was spectacular , every single detail makes you feel the luxury and comfort of this category of hospitality. Service at the grill was good , they surprised my wife with a small cake and mimosas on her birthday that was very nice from the staff and manager . Service at breakfast was top notch and generally all the food has great quality. Transportation was also so efficient , every time we requested to be taken from one place to another drivers were there always with a smile . Overall a great experience we will definitely recommend this amazing place and counting days...
