Gran Hotel Las Fuentes — Hotel in Tamaulipas

First of all! Everyone was very friendly and they offered a great service! Love all the people at the restaurant, they were very attentive. Awesome buffet! Hotel is really old, carpet is dirty, sliding doors don't lock because they are too old, hotel needs LOTS of repairs, for our family is was just okay. The reason I am giving only one star review is because we stayed for only two nights and the first night, young kids were very loud until 2am. The second night was worse, sounded like a club inside the room, very loud music, in and out of the room all night, drinking, smoking, fighting. I called security 4 times and the people in the room were quiet for a few minutes and they will start again. We didn't sleep at all the whole night. If you like to party and not sleep all night this is the place for you but for a family hotel this is...

Supposedly it was kid friendly just because they have a play area, but when you go just one day of your whole stay for breakfast and my child couldn't eat with the dumb bracelet they give you. And we where going to eat our last day since when we renewed that's when they told us we could have breakfast, the other 3 days we went out to eat since nobody told us about the breakfast. It's not like we didn't have to pay but they never explain anything and when you ask them for information they are very rude. My worst experience in a hotel. Great Hotel Las Fuentes CD Victoria, Sep 14-15. they changed my room 3 times, and gave my room to someone else, I think they wanted me to share the room with my family. i removed the bedspread and the sheet has blood stains on it...
