Hotel Hacienda Cañada Rica II — Hotel in Tamaulipas

I been living secretly in this hotel since 1996, you might be wondering how i did this, well, I normally sleep in the bathrooms and I have all my stuff hidden in the trashcan (the trash can hasn’t been opened since 19960). I take a shower every now and then when the pool is closed so nobody can see me. I have a master key that I got when a maid "lent it to me" don’t worry no violence was used. I really like to live here because there is literally no one around me, is like I had the whole hotel for myself. By the way the food service is pretty good, there is always something laying around on the trashcan. Overall, this is a very good place to live freely and when I say free I mean FREE, so bring your friends or your family or whatever I don’t care. The only thing that you should always keep in mind is that the bathroom is mine so if you try to take my place I will punch you in the face. The greeting of the staff was very welcoming. They had a room on the first floor (after checking at another which wanted me to walk up three floors with my luggage) and it was less expensive than I had been led to believe.||||They were helpful with information on things nearby and directions to the beach which saved me some money as well.||||The room was very clean though small and everything worked.||||They worked with me on getting a cab at 5 am and were very accomodating even at that hour of the morning.||||One thing that you should be aware of is that the front door is key locked at night and there are no push to open exit doors that would let you out in case of emergency. Booked in to the hacienda Canada rica 2, for an overnight stay. I wish I had slept on the street!!|The room was extremely small. But when I went to sleep the lights in the hall way illuminated my room so it never got dark.|The bed was so hard , it wasn’t comfortable at all. It gets worse.... due to the hotel layout virtually ever quest went by my room. The walls are paper thin and by room was in an area which echoed as everyone came by or went up the stairs.
