Puerto Lobos Dive Camp — Hotel in Terrenos de "Tamiahua"

I have known the owner for more than 16 years and he is one the kindest, mor knowledgeable and most helpful people I know. Along with all of the kind and helpful staff, your stay here is guaranteed to be comfortable.

I got my diving certification very quickly and easily here and even though it was quick, I feel comfortable in my abilities.

All rooms have a TV, Air conditioning, a bathroom, closet space, WiFi, and they’re all very clean.

Puerto Lobos has a pool, large palapa, board game/library section, a dive shop, a semi bar with various drinks, and a speaker in the dining area for fun nights. There are multiple other features that I can’t mention because the review would never end.

Things to watch out for are mosquitoes mosquitoes and more mosquitoes. If you’re careful you’ll be able to prevent any from getting into your room but please bring mosquito repellent. The other thing is that the surrounding area/town isn’t very touristic. If you do your research ahead of time you’ll find great activities to do.

Facil acceso y ubicacion: cuentan con hospedaje en Tamiahua y el servicio de tour por la Isla de Lobos. Sus equipos estan en buen estado, seguros para salir mar abierto. Los capitanes de los botes muy amables y se notaron experimentados en el trayecto. quise pagar con tarjeta bancaria, pero un error en el sistema de pagos lo impidió, por lo que se tuvo que usar efectivo. Très bel endroit, situé dans un coin très calme. Personnel à l'écoute, cuisine excellente, il n'y a qu'à traverser le chemin pour monter dans les bateaux et partir en plongée. Les chambre sont très propres, et le site est très bien entretenu. Bref un excellent moment passé là bas. Concernant les plongées, nous n'avons pas eu de chance car la sortie de Puerto Lobos était fermée par les autorités les 3 jours ou nous sommes restés, et nous n'avons pas pu aller vers la plateforme ou bien Isla Lobos.
