Hotel Roazi — Hotel in Tizimin

Comfortable place, convenient access on the side with a private parking, hotel was clean and provided friendly service, only thing that didn't give a right first impression was when we arrived at around 630pm the room was not ready ad it was being finalized, the floor was wet as it was just mopped, so we had to wait outside the room for the floor to get dry, WIFI was definitely a let down, it was very slow when we were able to pick up the signal, there was not enough coverage where our room was, the rest of the experience was positive, nice breakfast at the hotel...

After 10 years and fair hotels in Tizimin, this is by far my favourite. It is much more modern, new but also more catered for tourists. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a big shower. Kind and helpful service. The grounds were kept as nice as the rooms. My only recommendation would be to install toilet seats. Otherwise very quick visit but it was quaint, quiet, and a nice surprise. ||Normalemente estamos con familia pero esta vez este se funciona excelente! I spent 4 night at Hotel Roazi with my two oldest kids ages 13 and 10. Everything in the room worked well. The showers were hot. The air conditioning was cold and the room was clean. Everything you would hope for. We felt safe and welcomed by the staff. We ate many meals in the downstairs group meeting room. All the food was excellent! We would definitely go back to...
