Me pareció buena opción por el precio accesible y que iba de trabajo. Estuve sola y me llevé la desagradable sorpresa de que mi puerta estuviera entreabierta cuando desperté, a pesar de que yo cerré con seguro y puse la cadena, esta última fue lo que impidió que quedara abierta. Pedí que revisaran las cámaras y solo me dijeron que más tarde, pero me tenía que ir y obvio ya no me informaron nada. El desayuno estuvo bien, buena porción y sabor.

Muy lindo, buen precio y en ocasiones tienen ofertas en las habitaciones el servicio es muy bueno y la gente que lo atiende es amable, un poco calurosas las habitaciones de arriba pero todo excelente cuentan con distintas plataformas de entretenimiento en la tv y la comida es buena, solo que en algunas cosas hay escasez de lo que ofrecen.

Me pareció buena opción por el precio accesible y que iba de trabajo. Estuve sola y me llevé la desagradable sorpresa de que mi puerta estuviera entreabierta cuando desperté, a pesar de que yo cerré con seguro y puse la cadena, esta última fue lo que impidió que quedara abierta. Pedí que revisaran las cámaras y solo me dijeron que más tarde, pero me tenía que ir y obvio ya no me informaron nada. El desayuno estuvo bien, buena porción y sabor.

Muy lindo, buen precio y en ocasiones tienen ofertas en las habitaciones el servicio es muy bueno y la gente que lo atiende es amable, un poco calurosas las habitaciones de arriba pero todo excelente cuentan con distintas plataformas de entretenimiento en la tv y la comida es buena, solo que en algunas cosas hay escasez de lo que ofrecen.

We rented 2 rooms. Linens were shabby and rooms smelled musty. My mom was covered in bug bites within minutes from lying down in her room. She required antibiotics and has scars from bites a year later! ||||No apologies, no call back from management...all they did was place her in another room. Worst hotel/motel...

We planned to visit Sanctuary of the Fireflies at 7:30pm so we chose a hotel at Tlaxcala de Xicohtencatl (30~40 mins driving from Sanctuary of the Fireflies). The reason we chose HB express hotel are clean and cheap (MXN$600/night...

Habitaciones pequeñas, no hay mínima preocupación por la satisfacción del huésped. pareciera quisieran ahorrar en lo que sea ya que una de mis toallas estaba rota y no colocaron suficiente jabón, lo peor es que tuve que arreglar mi wc manualmente.

llegué noche y no quisieron ingresar mi coche al estacionamiento si había lugar y no me dieron opción para al menos dejar mis llaves, lo tuve que dejar en la calle.

De los alimentos en el restaurant dejaron mucho que desear.

En resumen preferible pagar un poco más por un...
