Courtyard by Marriott Villahermosa Tabasco Mexico — Hotel in Villahermosa

This courtyard has the most friendly and accommodating staff I ever encountered in my life, and I have travel to several parts of the world. They were going way out of their way to serve us and always with a smile in their face. Friendly attentive and courteous, more than once they anticipated our needs. One example of their willingness, to provide an excellent customer service is this.

My wife and me, traveled with 3 aunts to visit my son who just have his first son, he lives in Villahermosa. One night we decided to play a board game and the staff offered us to use the bar that was empty at that time. We started to put two small tables together to be able to play. Immediately they offered us to bring a bigger, taller table to be more comfortable. Of course we accepted and to our surprise they also brought with them a crib to put our one month old grandson in it to sleep, along with sheets and blankets. We were in awe, as I mentioned above we never had this kind of service in our travels including hotels within the Marriott family (JW Marriott, Renaissance, etc) as well as other hotel families. Small like greeting you by your name, having the restaurant chef come over to greet us, etc. Made this the most friendly, exceptional and pleasant experience we ever experienced in a hotel. Modern, excellent attention. Ideal for work trips. Well located, near many hotels and restaurants. Comfortable, beds and pillows are very comfortable, they assure a great sleep!
