Bugat Resort — Hotel in Töv

Bugat Resort is a wonderful getaway in Terelj, far from the noise of the clusters of tour camps and resorts closer to Turtle Rock. It's a bit of an adventure to get there, but they provide transportation to ford the Tuul River, and they take orders in advance for lunch or dinner to be served when you arrive. The food was good, particularly the lentil soup! The resort is very well managed, and communication is great. The service was top-notch all around. They'll arrange horseback riding, ATVs, and other activities. The river bank that's part of the property is lovely, and the grounds are really well maintained. My only complaint was the mattresses in the gers. The gers are clean and warm, and the en suite bathroom is a nice luxury (they even include a bidet), but while the bedding is great, the mattresses are rock-hard. Location is a bit tough to find if you're driving yourself, but the property is wonderfully isolated and peaceful. A relatively large resort, with a fully functioning restaurant.

Food at the restaurant was a real highlight, with our group not having a single disappointing dish.

Rooms were large and well equipped; we stayed in the ger style room equipped with a full ensuite washroom + shower. Room cleanliness wasn't the greatest, and has some room for improvement. We didn't appreciate finding lots of large ants in the room.

The nature and the facility is nice but the they got terrible service especially the receptionist lady has a real bad temper. Heard she's related to the owner.
