Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. Firstly, the toilet in both the Ger and the hotel room emitted a strong and unpleasant odor, which caused severe headaches. Furthermore, the heating system in both accommodations was inadequate, leaving the rooms uncomfortably cold.
Upon notifying the reception about these problems, they sent two individuals to address the situation. However, their efforts were insufficient, as the Ger remained cold and the issues with the toilet persisted. To make matters worse, another staff member entered our room and berated me, stating that I should stop calling reception and not be annoying due to my age. This encounter was highly distressing, and despite my family attempt to resolve the situation, the staff member's attitude remained disrespectful and mean-spirited.
Consequently, I requested a refund and expressed my desire to check out due to the unbearable cold in the room. Unfortunately, there was no manager available to address my concerns. I patiently waited for a response for approximately two hours, finally, at 9 pm, they refunded my money. It is worth noting that the receptionist I interacted with during this process displayed rude behavior, frequently scrolling through her phone and exhibiting an unsuitable attitude for customer service.
