Tamaris Apartments — Hotel in Đuraševići

I really don't know what should I say about our visit in Tamaris Apartment. The location is beautiful - breathtaking view, swimming pool (small but clean and it was sufficient for us), private descent to the Bay of Kotor. Apartment was clean and has air conditioning (only in livingroom/kitchen). Also Mrs which hosted us was very polite (but she doesn't speak English). Despite this we're not satisfied. We stayed in no. 4 on second floor. Apartment was really small (it didn't have 40m2, it even didn't have 30m2). Unfortunately the owner insisted that we're wrong, so we measured the apartment precisely. If you travel foursome it could be really uncomfortable, becouse you couldn't even eat together (it's even hard to pass the room). It's impossible to close the door in bedroom becouse of standing bed (it's such small). Photo on Booking it's from different apartment! (but owner told us that all apartaments are the same sizes) and it was taken to looks bigger. We feel deceived! We're dissapointed becouse we were ignored and even didn't hear "you're right, sorry". Contact with the owner was only by Booking or WhatsApp, becouse she wasn't on place. The second point is payment. After we took the reservation we were asked to pay 50% of total amount by bank transfer. On place it turned out that we had to pay 20€ more becouse Montenegro Bank took fee. I think it's not fair. I could not imagine better location and place to spend holiday with my family for that price. Quite and peaceful place, with outstanding view from balcony. Private pool, BBQ, well equipped kitchen, light and clean rooms. Just few steps and you can enjoy perfect sea food in restaurant. Small shops are in the neighborhood. Der Ausbllck vom Balkon ist traumhaft aufs Wasser, Boote und Berge. Auch die Liegefläche am Pool direkt am Wasser der Bucht ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Mutter der Gastgeberrin sehr freundlich. Das Bad war sehr groß und es gab ausreichend Handtücher. Allerdings ist der Pool sehr einfach konstruiert und voller offener Chlortabletten (ca. 20 Stück). Auch das Gitter des Balkons ist an einigen Stellen locker oder gebrochen. Die Wohnung ist ausgelegt für den Aufenthalt von 2 Personen. Entsprechend die Stühle auf dem Balkon und Geschirr und Besteck. Leider zu wenig für 3 Personen. Die 3. Person schläft auf einer Schlafcouch (so angegeben in Beschreibung), allerdings hat man keine richtige Couch wenn man es zurück klappt. Die Küche ist generell sehr einfach, es gibt z.B. keine Abzugshaube und nur zwei kleine Herdplatten. Ein sehr großes Manko ist der Lüfter der Küche des direkt nebenan liegenden Restaurants.
