Lovely Stone House — Hotel in Dobrota

The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, we had to sleep on the floor. When we explained to the host Anita that we are sleeping on the floor her attitude was very ignorant and she showed ZERO empathy - btw, we were visiting with toddler, infant and a pregnant woman but she couldn't care less to help us. The 'beach' in front of the house did not have sand in the sea as promised - and it was one of the main reasons why we chose this house. On one of the pictures on the airbnb website she shows the beach in front of the house and it turns out you cannot use it because it is neighbour's. Overall, TERRIBLE experience, we left much earlier than planned, but the worst bit is host's attitude and complete lack of interest and concern of our issues. Huge...
