Guest House Hana — Hotel in undefined

Come as a stranger, be treated as a friend, leave as a member of the family. I hiked the Peaks of the Balkans for 10 days, starting from Plav. I read about Guest House Hana on a Facebook Group, and people were recommending it very highly. I can only confirm that Guest House Hana is definitely THE BEST guest house that I stayed in during my 10 days on the trail.

Bejram, his sisters and his parents make you feel at home right from the beginning. They will answer all your questions and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

The rooms are shared with two other people, or you can pay a little bit more in order to turn the same room into your private room.

Breakfast and dinner are DELICIOUS home cooked meals, and they will provide you with a packed lunch for the trail.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the furniture is nice and not run-down, like in some other guest houses.

You have a shared common area with a big dining table, sofas and a TV for hanging out with friends or just chilling by yourself. There is a balcony with sofas, offering a picture-perfect view of the lake and the entire city.

Bejram allowed me to leave my baggage at the guest house for the entire 10 days and he DID NOT ask any money for it.

Guest House Hana also allows you to do laundry for free - detergent included!

I cannot recommend Hana Guest House highly enough for their friendliness and their hospitality, which really comes from the heart.

Lovely guesthouse with a fantastic view of the lake! The hosts were lovely and the food was excellent. We ate outside while being able to view the lake. The rooms were fairly small, and included a small shower, with a shared bathroom right outside the room. There was also a common area and kitchen and balcony that guests could use. There was a small market right across the street if you need to pick up anything small or some snacks.

Perfect place to stay if doing the peaks of the balkans hike, the trail continues on right behind the guesthouse so no need to backtrack like some other accommodations. The guesthouse owner also has a taxi service to shuttle you to various spots...

A wonderful night's stay at Guesthouse Hana towards the end of our Peaks of the Balkans hike. A warm and welcoming family-run business, fresh food from the garden, delicious meals, and of course Turkish coffee. A large lounge area too, overlooking the lake. No request...
