This is a beautiful spacious hotel located near the Sahara desert with an exquisitely beautiful lobby. The food for dinner was good and the breakfast was acceptable. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was very good and Customer Service was prompt with any requests. I found the room with a dirty rug, a long hair on my pillow a refrigerator that wasn’t plugged in and even when it was plugged in overnight marginally worked. I had no tissues and no working phone and they could not get me a working phone. The hotel offers on suite rooms (ours had twin beds) with tv and tea/coffee making etc. The dining room provided us with an evening meal of soup, quiche, ox tail tagine and fruit to finish. Which was excellent especially as it was all different from our other meals in Morocco. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, with sunbeds and chairs for lounging. Read moreA miserable experience. First it’s a property in a state of repair/modernization. The pool and area around were disgusting. They put us in a room across from a wedding that was in full swing. I asked to be moved and they obliged by moving us a room that 30 minutes later overlooked the SAME wedding. Until well after 12am The room was early fraternity. Phone didn’t work and AC was very inadequate and the sheets had to be from the last decade. Last add. They don’t serve alcohol. Recommend...
